Staff were not very helpful. The hotel is far out from the centre and they didn’t help with public transport questions. It was also a big birthday for me and they couldn’t help to get my husband a cake or anything. We asked for help to store our luggage at their sister hotel but again they wouldn’t help.

Water bottle is missing, though water dispenser was there it was little difficult.

Breakfast was really good and tasty. Live pancake counter was there and my kid really enjoyed it. The room was neat and clean. We had a nice experience.

Ordered roomservice one evening, went out the next day with a sign to please tidy up the room, when i came back in the evening it was still there.

It was very clean and the staff were very nice. The executive room is a nice place to stay, the location is ook very good. When you come by car you can park there for €15 euros per day in their private underground parking. I would book here again for sure!

The window in the room was tiny so the room was very dark even with all the lights on. But that’s a minor thing. Overall I was really happy.

Breakfast in bed is my highlight every year, since it is practical for a business trip to multitask and be ready faster. But it seems that the items delivered vary depending on the chef of the day. Eggs are also no option, so you have to explicitly say you want them in your breakfast. It would be nice to offer more items to customize it a bit more. But all and all, just tiny details, overall very good.

Modern and environmentally friendly hotel, lots of reusable or friendlier materials used in hotel items. Love the option to order breakfast in bed.

I did only check in per link received from Novotel via email. Yet I had to re-do all over again, it took quite of time after 6 hours drive from The Netherlands (accompanied by pet and elderly)

The room was very warm. We were offered a fab as the technician wasn’t around but even this didn’t help much. The set up of the room was not very practical. On both days we had someone knocking and coming into our room!

The air conditioning wasn't working properly and the room was too warm,no locks on the doors to the toilet and shower room,the breakfast was extra and self service,some parts were nice but not as good as Britain's,hotel breakfast,the water machine on our floor was broken

The hotel was nice and clean and tidy,the shower room and toilet were separate which is better I think ,which was a bonus,the beds were one of the best I've slept on in any hotel.

For travelling into the centre of Paris, not so convenient but workable. Just have to use buses/metro/tram. Getting back here late at night was by taxi only.

AC wasn't working properly, breakfast was ordinary. Bit far from all landmarks.
