We loved our stay, the studio had everything we needed and was fully stocked with cooking supplies, dishes and other little necessities . The owner even provided bath robes. Location right in the center of town was excellent.

The mattress is a bit too soft to our liking but it’s personal. We had a little issue with the washing machine as it went on for nearly 3 hours and showed no sign of stopping. At the end we had to unplug the machine to release the door.

We loved everything!

Perfect location, quiet, private and warm. We received excellent instructions for check in. The owners have provided a lot of extras including bath robes, snacks, tissues and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. The bed was comfortable and the studio beautifully decorated. It was one of the most enjoyable stays we have experienced anywhere in the world.

It was a beautifully renovated studio located in the centre of old Arles. Well equipped with everything you would need. The owner was quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful with bus information and other questions.

Le Studio Chic was immaculately clean. In a perfect location, at the heart of Arles - everything was convenient and close by. Delphine arranged everything that we could possibly need, and more. It was a pleasure to stay here, probably the best Booking.com that we have ever stayed at.

Delphine's holiday studio is one of the best we have stayed at so far. The place is remarkably beautiful, clean, well-equipped and thought-through with very much love for details and little extras (there were bathrobes, sweets for breakfast, coffee capsules and two bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived). One couldn't wish for a better location when visiting Arles. The apartment is close to parking opportunities (Delphine also offered the option to book a parking pass with the apartment). Communication was great before, during and after our stay. We arrived late and were offered clear instructions for self check-in, and we were seen off when leaving early in the morning of our last day. The studio is comfortable and large enough, even for longer stays. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Arles!

great communication from the host. everything we needed was provided. absolutely loved the location. we were pleasantly surprised that we were so close to the famous farmers markets and all of the attractions in the old town. Arles is a great town to visit.

Nothing! To be picky I would prefer more an hard mattress as the one is a bit soft. However bed is very clean as the bed linen.

The property is located just off a quite street from place de la Republic, where the cathedral is. It is easy to reach on foot from the station via the small roads in Arles. The flat is very clean and has all the necessary for your stay: plenty of coffee pods, different types of tea and herbal teas, even decaffeinating coffee pods, cocoa powder, sugar, salt pepper and oil and vinegar and some spices. It has the facilities to cook basic meals or a microwave just to warm them up. Also you can find aluminium foil, cling film and bags for leftovers. in the external cupboard there is clothes horse and iron with iron board with vacuum cleaning but also washing machine cleaning agents. It is near by lots of bakery, grocery shops, restaurants and bars. However is very quite and no cars or motorbike could be heard. Arles is also good to explore most of places like pont du Gard, Nîmes, Orange, Avignon and some area of Camargue. We did really enjoy and we definitely will come back again.

The property fully corresponds to the photographs. The host gave, in time, clear information necessary to find the address and enter the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is functional, with a great shower. Good sheets and towels. Good temperature, with the possibility of regulation. It is easy to reach the main attractions of the city on foot from the apartment. There are several restaurants and many shops nearby. The host was very helpful with some difficulties that arose during our trip.

Location was superb, near to all the sites but on a quiet street. Access was easy with clear instructions, including photos, provided. The apartment was clean and well laid out. Best of all was the attention to detail about what a traveller may need. Washing machine and not only an airer but pegs and washing powder as well. Well equipped kitchen. Thoughtfully located power points and a bedside cupboard each. A bowl for keys and whatnot. Scissors, pen and paper, plenty of toilet paper, extra hand towels and enough dishwashing equipment and garbage bags. Owner was very responsive to all communications. One of the nicest places we have stayed.

The main bed was a little small for the two of us, but the apartment also has a sleeper sofa which we took advantage of. There are steps up to the apartment and no elevator, so it is less than accessible in that way. And while the location is great, it's in a pedestrian-only area so you should be prepared to walk a short distance (a few hundred feet) from the parking facility to the apartment.

We loved this apartment. While we never actually met our hosts, we communicated with them frequently and they were always prompt in their reply and helpful. We had lots of room and were greeted with nice little touches when we first arrived (water in the refrigerator, a small assortment of cookies, local area maps, etc.). We appreciated having the kitchen and ate several of our breakfasts at "home", and our hosts also provided laundry facilities and supplies which we took advantage of. The apartment has an ideal location for exploring the center/old part of the city.

Came out of the car park at the back exit and became quite disorientated and lost. We walked around for a long time until we found the correct address! Also the keys and security at the building took sometime to work out! But all ok in the end

The style of the studio was Tres Chic! Loved the proximity to main Square ie ie 1 minute. The studio was extremely comfortable, clean and warm and every need was catered for ie in the kitchen, coffee and tea facilities and biscuits. and in the bathroom, towels and washing machine etc everything to make our stay comfortable. One of the nicest places I've stayed in and I've travelled a lot. Thank you!

The property is in a great location. Sebastian provided good information on the local restaurants. The morning market is just around the corner and it is huge. Make sure to budget a couple of hours in order to cover the whole market.
