We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomthe room was classed as a twin room, but the second bed was a fold out sofa affair, which was difficult to access, which had never been used before and still covered in polythene, without bedding! The on duty staff were helpful in providing bedding, but removing the polythene from the mattress, was too big a task to be tackled at night which led to rather noisy sleep!

United StatesAfter a 24 hours journey plus from the US when we went in our room the sofa bed were not open, I had to ask for linen and do our own bed. The clerk on duty did not know the couch was a sleeping sofa, we had to figured it out by ourself.
12 years ago my husband and I stayed in this Novotel. I was impressed with the improvement that had been made. Both of our rooms were just remodel, they were spacious quiet and give each one of us privacy. The breakfast buffet was amazing and tasteful with food that was fresh and for every taste. it is walking distance from Place Stanislas, train station restaurant and shops. Will recommend to friends.

The breakfast, is unbelievable! You have to try it. Fresh fruits (no pre bought cubes in juice), fresh oranges to make your own juice, delicious buffet of bread and jams… this is a gorgeous and high standard breakfast for this kind of hotel. Bravo!

NetherlandsThe mattress of the 2-person bed was very soft at the sides and made you have the feeling that you could roll out of the bed. I think that one was ready for replacement. The toilet has a strange nasty smell which we sprayed away with deodorant.
Our stay was to our satisfaction and the accomodation was good as it also had a little fridge, water cooker etc. which was very useful! Shower was perfect as was the size of the room and the airconditioning. Breakfast was perfect!
