The shower tray and shower need to be cleaned properly and the tray renewing as damaged. The bedding wasn't very pleasant especially the stained pillows

great location and convenient parking. good facilities for such a small studio. The fold down bed was comfortable.

The properly wasn’t clean and had a very poignant drainage smell. There were no cleaning products, no washing up liquid, no hand soap, half a toilet roll etc. the property wasn’t fully clean, particularly the upstairs area.

Location is fantastic. Easy access through self check in with clear instructions. Quiet area of the city so no disturbances. Cheap in comparison to other available properties.

Wasn’t particularly clean. Winter blanket was too hot for summer and fan didn’t work, so very hot uncomfortable sleep. Bathroom is not private. No coffee capsules for machine

Very noisy area, no privacy. The bathroom door had a window and wasnt closing properly, you could see in the room and to the window outside while sitting on the toilet. Not suitable for 2 people to stay there. Also, the apartment we got was on the ground floor, right next to the street. Cars were literally passing by our window, not even 2 meters away. The bed was 6/10 comfortable, not very clean sheets or pillows

A few small housekeeping corrections would have made this stay a whole lot better ! Towels need replacing (old and dirty!), bedding was not washed (I could not use the pillows, they smelt of swet), sheet did not fit the bed and the duvet was too small). Little things like this could have made a complete difference to the overall score and would not cost the owner much to achieve this!

Location of the property was great. A short walk from the main centre and the medieval city. The apartment is small but has everything you need for 3-4 days, and although was a good price, this shouldn't allow the parts I didn't like!

The bathroom was a bit dirty and if you aren't close with a partner, the door to the bathroom is a window, so you certainly will be afterwards. The fan was not very strong and you couldn't really leave the window open at night for air because it's the ground floor and people walk right by.

Really great location, got really lucky that the Tour de France had set up right outside. (If you're into that)

The toilet was broken, no mention having to pay to park, difficult to find how to illuminate the stairway on arrival, listing should mention facilities of basic standard and to bring your own washing products. No tea coffee etc available which for late arrival was annoying as this was not mentioned.

- it didn't really feel clean - even the bedsheets; maybe because you are supposed to clean yourself before check out therefore then not cleaned afterwards properly?

+ easy keys pick up in the locker + stove, fridge, kettle, nespresso provided in the room which is really handy + in the winter if needed you have heaters available as well

the top half of the bathroom door is see through if you turn the couch into your bed, there is almost no space to walk through the room

Our booking was very last-minute and we had excellent communication from the host which was very much appreciated! It's a lovely little studio room, nicely decorated and good facilities and very comfy.

Only good to be aware if someone is taller than 1:90 the bed may be to short.

Bad communication; sub-standard flat

This was a disaster from the start. We made a mistake with the date and lost a night despite attempting to connect with the host to rectify before we arrived. He ignored our email then informed us after our arrival that he wouldn't refund the night we weren't able to make. We also had to lug our bags up very narrow stairs into a tiny flat. Once inside, the bedroom is upstairs again but the bathroom and toilet are downstairs - not ideal in the middle of the night. Also the double bed is against the wall in a tiny room which means one of you has to climb over the other if you need to get out. There was no information to let us know what was around us or to recommend any highlights in the area. We can't really recommend this place - or the host.

The place was conveniently located, walking distance from the castle, the windows are completely soundproof, so if you close them it’s quiet. And everything was clean and comfortable. The checkin instructions were easy.

Unclean , shower did not work properly and didn’t drain so bathroom flooded no help from property didn’t give any more towels after having to sort bathroom out shower full of black mould , glass ect dirty thick dust in room

It was a tiny, sad, tired room with an ensuite. It was clean . I know this because the hoover & mop & bucket were still in the middle of the rooms. If I'd opened out the sofa bed, there wouldn't have been room to stand up. We decided to leave after 10 mins. I couldn't stay there.

I can say nothing positive about this accomodation.
