There was nothing I had to complain about with the studio. Everything was very professional and well managed.

The studio was very centrally and conveniently located for everything, the tram line 2, shops restaurants, short walk to Place Masséna , the old town and the beach.  The studio was very clean and well equipped. It contained everything you would need for your stay in Nice.  Contact with the owners was very good they were very responsive and helpful at all times. I had a great 4 night stay and would definitely return again, and would recommend it to family and friends too. Thank you Studios Floréal for a lovely stay!

Very friendly staff, including the custodian lady and the owner. Rachel told us everything we have to know. The place was clean and had provided basic utilities. It has a small balcony with a view on the main street of the city.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, and basic amenities such as toiletries, a few ingredients, and kitchenware were provided. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. A very nice touch was the balcony outside the bathroom overlooking the bustling streets. The location was great with a ~15-20 minute walk or 5 minute tram to the coast and the old town. Nearby there was everything you could need such as shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and Nice Gare train station. Overall, we would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-priced stay in a great location.

It is a little loud at night with it being so close to the main strip - but it’s worth it for the location.

Very nice host, we arrived on bus at 5 am and had no where to go, and the host made it available for us to check in by 10 for a nap, thanks to her! Besides that, it’s a perfect location, right next to the train station and a mall, 20mins walk to the beach, pizza shop not far until late at night, perfect for a chill afternoon swimming at the beach and some night walks and drinks. Studio has kitchen and even some salt and pepper and instant coffee, didn’t use them tho, but did drink up a beer in the fridge. Good experience, would come again.

Good central location near station and trams. Double glass windows can make it very quiet. The compact kitchen has quite a number of 'essential' ingredients (sugar, spices, coffee etc) which is very thoughtful. Good communications. A person waiting out front to meet me. Good value for Nice, where accomodation can be quite expensive.

It was very noisy at night, but when the windows were closed, it was fine. I personally loved the bustling town, and after all, you're right in the centre of the city.

The location was perfect for the train station and the tram to the old town. The old town was an easy 15 minute walk.

Love the location you can easily take the tram to the center and walk to Jean Medecin for more access like the airport. It had everything we needed, it's not luxury but more than enough for our stay. The staff was also very responsive and helpful. We called them early in the morning because we already left the keys in the room but left some items they responded really fast. Thank you so much

The lady Dada that was waiting made us feel welcomed and safe i have stayed for 10 days. I Highly recomend it it is a central location with easy acces to tram and trains. And restaurants and beach

The hallway is very very noisy and you will hear everything. Also there are incessant bugs that will nag you the entire time of your visit. Overall, I loved it but the price was maybe not quite worth what I had expected. It probably had some things I didn't need or want which warranted the price, though, to be fair!

Excellent location and the apartment itself has everything - working kitchen & fridge, private bathroom, nice view of the train station, etc. I really did enjoy being there and exploring all that Nice has to offer, which is very close because the apartment is close to the center of it all! I would definitely stay here again even despite some of the things I listed in my "What didn't you like?" section of the review.

As I said before it gets a little loud but we didn’t mind it

Everything looked exactly like in the pictures, it was clean and comfortable. We were also very pleased that it had iron, hair dryer and all kitchen supplies. The location is great, you’re close to everything you’ll need, it gets a little loud but we were expecting it as it is located on the Main Street. Overall we loved our stay and hope to go back for a longer period of time:)

There is nothing to dislike.

We come to stay in Nice regularly for a sporting event. This is the 4th time and we always stay at Floreal. The location is perfect, in the heart of town, 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the station. Rachel the host is always charming and helpful, the studio is always clean and well appointed with a balcony to watch life in Nice. We always look forward to our stay.

The basin was so tiny that it was difficult not to splash the floor. Arrival instructions were not clear. We didn't know what to do so eventually rang the phone number and the housekeeper collected us immediately. But it would have been good to know that we had to phone the number on arrival.

Friendly housekeeper showed us everything. Kitchen facilities. Nice shower. Small balcony got the morning sun. Very close to the station & handy for cafés/food shops etc.
