We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe shower in the bathroom didn’t have a door to close it. So it was wide open and the floor and toilet would get quite wet after a shower.
Hotel Esprit D’Azur was a lovely hotel for our stay in Nice. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They provided us with recommendation’s and were available for 24 hours assistance. The bed was extremely comfortable and they were very on top of daily house keeping. It also has an elevator😊

United KingdomExceptional reception staff !!! 24h reception, no problem to keep your baggage after check out and we got lucky with an early check in. As we entered they even offered us coffee and some water while we waited for our room. Tasty breakfasts, although could be improved by introducing slightly better pastries, but the excellent baguette, coffee, cheese and jams more than made up for it.

Good buffet style breakfast. Reception open 24 hours, which is great if you arrive late. We had a great short break and particularly appreciated the time reception spent giving us tourist information and local restaurant recommendations all if which we used. Fully recommend.

United KingdomThe safe was broken. Staff tried to fix it but mechanic did not come in time. Was not a problem in the end at all.
The staff were consistently helpful, polite, interested and engaging. The bed was super comfy. It was quiet at night time. We left luggage with the hotel after checkout so we could wander more. Staff gave us travel tips for our next stop. Good price for a straightforward comfort hotel.

- The location - 10min walk to Garibaldi square and Garibaldi tram stop (perfect for getting from/to the airport), 10 min walk to Riquier station and 7 min walk to a bus stop (perfect for going on daytrips), 10 min walk to the Old town - Simple but delicious and plentiful breakfast - Comfy beds, cleanliness of the room - Last but not least - super attentive and lovely staff who always greet you with a smile and give great recommendations on everything (they even have a flyer with an extensive list of different recomms ready as you check in)

GermanyThe parking situation is really not ideal. There is no space to even drop your luggage at the hotel. One has to walk about 10min to a public parking space (Jean Bouin, charging 31eur for 2 days) and carry the luggage with you. This is really inconvenient in the pouring rain and when you need something from you car later on.
