We liked everything!

We liked how clean the room was and it felt very spacious. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to David for being so helpful and kind to us, showing us the best spots to eat and places to go. Couldn’t fault anything, and would gladly stay here again!

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Good location just a short walk from centre and a straightforward tram journey from airport. Simply furnished room but very clean and comfortable. Good buffet style breakfast. Reception open 24 hours, which is great if you arrive late. We had a great short break and particularly appreciated the time reception spent giving us tourist information and local restaurant recommendations all if which we used. Fully recommend.

The safe was broken. Staff tried to fix it but mechanic did not come in time. Was not a problem in the end at all.

The staff were consistently helpful, polite, interested and engaging. The bed was super comfy. It was quiet at night time. We left luggage with the hotel after checkout so we could wander more. Staff gave us travel tips for our next stop. Good price for a straightforward comfort hotel.

- The location - 10min walk to Garibaldi square and Garibaldi tram stop (perfect for getting from/to the airport), 10 min walk to Riquier station and 7 min walk to a bus stop (perfect for going on daytrips), 10 min walk to the Old town - Simple but delicious and plentiful breakfast - Comfy beds, cleanliness of the room - Last but not least - super attentive and lovely staff who always greet you with a smile and give great recommendations on everything (they even have a flyer with an extensive list of different recomms ready as you check in)

The staff were so lovely - who gave us amazing recommendations and tips for our week exploring Nice and the French Riviera. Room was spacious and clean. Location was within walking distance to old town and train station close by for our day trips visiting towns along the coast. Would recommend staying here!

The room was a bit smaller than I expected.

The staff were very friendly! Had pleasant interaction from the moment I arrived. The location was good as well, only a 10 min walk from the train station that takes you to other towns, and near the old town which had lots of restaurants.

The parking situation is really not ideal. There is no space to even drop your luggage at the hotel. One has to walk about 10min to a public parking space (Jean Bouin, charging 31eur for 2 days) and carry the luggage with you. This is really inconvenient in the pouring rain and when you need something from you car later on.

Some of the decor is a little tired but room was clean and quiet and we slept great so nothing major!

Firstly, the staff are just terrific. They are friendly and super helpful. We had a 'small room with balcony'....and the room was small! Saying that, the bathroom was a great size and the shower lovely and warm. Although the room was really small the bed was super comfortable and we slept great every night. Aircon worked a treat too. Breakfast was adequate but fresh and tasty. Not a massive selection but did the job for us. The location was a little bit far - about a 10-15 minute walk to the top of the old town. We got tram number 2 from the airport all the way to Port Lympia (costs 10 euros, you by the ticket before you get on the tram and its open ended so you can travel back on that ticket any date you like) and the walk from there to the hotel took max 20 mins. Tram no 1 is also close by. Hotels in Nice seem to have got pretty pricey so the price for this one was great. The walk to the nearest train station was only about 10 mins so you can easily get the train to Cannes, Monaco, Menton, Antibes...... You can also get the bus (which you pass on the way to the train station) to Monaco (number 600) and it costs about 2 euros 50 each way!!!! Public transport in France is super cheap. We can't recommend Nice enough, its just a lovely location and the hotel was just fine for us. Thank you to all the staff who were so welcoming. You are all great.
