We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel is ideally placed to find restaurants for our evening meal. The hotel staff helped us to find exactly what we needed. A beautiful evening after a long journey.

NetherlandsIf you come by car make sure to reserve a parking spot (€7 per day). The hotel has 20 rooms but fewer parking spots (parking is off street behind a gate). The bathroom is clean but can still smell like sewage (at least that was the case in our room). You can hear the water flowing in the sewer so this is probably a technical problem (lack of a stench trap).
Perfect location in the center of Montélimar. Beautiful hotel, very characteristic building, comfortable room en perfect beds! The breakfast is superb (€11 per person). Very dog friendly (free of charge) with a park on the other side of the street to walk the dog. Nice and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel when you travel the Route du Soleil.

BelgiumI think the hotel has become a bit expensive for what you get. Besides we reserved big beds and only 2 single bed room type were available when we came. Not really an issue, but staff appear to be a bit nervous about things.
The hotel is central and a very nice place in real. But the location is main factor for us to book this hotel as you are right in the center. Rooms are good, beds are good, all renovated and also breakfast has enough options.
