A fascinating modern conversion of an old church. Great room and facilities. Breakfast was plentifull with great choice. Staff, over and above helpful and friendly. Safe roomy parking for our cars.

No where to 'chill'. No salon/bar area, only reception.

Unusual place....beautifully renovated. Friendly staff...couldn't do enough to help. Lovely location next to the park....so we had our coffee there!! Secure parking, which is important to us, as we have bikes.

Beautiful, quiet and next to a park. Loved their environmentally friendly practices. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely accommodating. As we are walkers, everything with we were interested was very close by.

Breakfast was expensive, so we went elsewhere. Onsite parking was convenient, but again expensive. There was a problem with taking an online deposit from my perfectly functional credit card, (due to an incorrect process on the hotel's part according to my bank). Even though we were able to sort it out, this caused some anxiety because we were already en route and somewhat coloured my feelings towards the hotel.

We liked the building, the large, very quiet and well-equipped room, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Reception staff were very welcoming and gave us excellent advice on places to visit and made us aware of the truly excellent Nantes public transport system. The hotel is in a great location, 50m from an entrance to the Jardin des Plantes with a further short walk to the metro, main train station and various breakfast options. A six minute metro ride puts you in the centre of Nantes, with a huge choice of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Beautiful property. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and when our room was to hot he made sure to turn the AC on for us even though it wasn’t the season yet.

Bathroom shower curtain needs replacing as it was very soiled at the bottom. No sugar free beverage options when we asked. Skinny twin bed seemed smaller than normal? Breakfast 21€ was more expensive here than any hotel we've stayed at. Probably worth it but for a light eater could not justify the cost so we skipped it.

Comfy room good size and wheelchair accessible rooms. Windows opened. Has a lift / elevator. Beautiful unique hotel. Close to a lovely park and petting zoo. Will stay again!

If i try hard, i can find a little space for improvement. The restaurants advised brochure could be improved. There are more lovely retaurants around that neighbourhood.

Shower had no handle on inside of door so tricky to close and water escaped onto floor. No grab handles and no anti slip mat. Would have appreciated one flatter pillow.

Nothing specific, I had a good stay for work.

Location is a bit far walking to city center but convenient public transport very close and business area is closer than city center. Breakfast selection is a bit small but products are good. The room was clean and had enough space but was quite different from the picture of the room category.

Lots of issues, emails and phone calls with the pre-authorisation using my Visa card. The hotel needs to fix this issue. I think it’s related to SEPA transactions for UK and Irish travellers.
