Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TurkeyThey said they provide a baby cot without a bed and a blanket. It's weird. The floor of the cot is like a stone. It's cold and hard. How can a baby sleep on it? They said they provided it in the past, but they had problems with customers. In the end, the receptionist lady was very helpful. She shared a few mattresses and pilows with us, and we could prepare a soft and warm bed in the cot with her help. This is a friendly comment. Please stop this application. It in meaningless. At least notify your customers who require a baby cot-in in advance.
They are accommodating and friendly. The price is good for the location and service. I'd book it again if I'd go to Paris.

We arrived after reception time by arrangement but were given no instruction so luckily let into foyer by Uber eats guy leaving and then had to follow instructions to unlock keycard.(that but worked ok but it was dark and raining and I was panicking) Secondly we had a power cut and the help desk number had limited English and so it took 4 phone calls over an hour before he told me where to locate the fuse box in the room( behind the metal panel inside the door if you need it) so I could flick the switch and continue cooking! Bad end to that day as we had been told there was no engineer so we would have to switch rooms overnight. After packing essentials and accessing a spare keycard from the safe downstairs I was told there were no spare rooms and then told where to find fuse box, uggh!
Good location for the reason of our visit and had everything we needed

They perfectly and proactively charge our credit cards but cannot issue the invoices we need to submit to our employers to be reimbursed!!! There were broken hangers in the closet. I asked for new hangers. They rejected my request. They can let you borrow their irons but no iron boards. You need to iron on a chair. They only cleaned the room and changed towels only once in 2 weeks. The fridge got a broken shelf. You have to be really careful putting groceries in the fridge. WIFI was weak in the bedroom. I was good downstairs at the lobby.
Room size was about right. They have a good laundry facility with a good system to do the laundry. The location is excellent next to a good grocery store and a variety of restaurants. Bus stops really close to the hotel. The staff at the front desk was very kind, specially the staff who worked on weekends.

We loved the view specially from the balcony, all in all we got our moneys worth, good staff service and location is accessible, restaurants and grocery's are within reach. Will definitely recomend and comeback in future 👍🏼
