They are cleaning only once a week

Staff was helpful, the room was comfortable for 2 people to stay for the whole week. It took some time for them to explain that cleaning is only once a week but you can get clean towels when requested. The place is 50m away from bus stop and it's super easy to reach La Defense and the city of Paris.

Although the room/bathroom were clean the curtain hasn't been washed for at least a year and there's a cigarette smell in the corridor (we didn't see any No Smoking sign).

The accommodation has a great location if you want to stay outside the busy area. There is a bus stop 1 min walk from the hotel and it takes 45 mins to get to Central Paris. There's a lovely supermarket round the corner and a quiet yet slightly more expensive McDonald's on the other side of the road. The bed was and all the facilities were clean.

Sanitary facilities in worse condition. Shower good, but the toilet seat did not stick and could not be fixed.

Great price. Good location, bus stop right next to the accommodation. Spacious room, quiet at night. Cheap parking in the underground garage. Shop right below the accommodation.

They said they provide a baby cot without a bed and a blanket. It's weird. The floor of the cot is like a stone. It's cold and hard. How can a baby sleep on it? They said they provided it in the past, but they had problems with customers. In the end, the receptionist lady was very helpful. She shared a few mattresses and pilows with us, and we could prepare a soft and warm bed in the cot with her help. This is a friendly comment. Please stop this application. It in meaningless. At least notify your customers who require a baby cot-in in advance.

They are accommodating and friendly. The price is good for the location and service. I'd book it again if I'd go to Paris.

Couldn’t get in! We arrived after reception time by arrangement but were given no instruction so luckily let into foyer by Uber eats guy leaving and then had to follow instructions to unlock keycard.(that but worked ok but it was dark and raining and I was panicking) Secondly we had a power cut and the help desk number had limited English and so it took 4 phone calls over an hour before he told me where to locate the fuse box in the room( behind the metal panel inside the door if you need it) so I could flick the switch and continue cooking! Bad end to that day as we had been told there was no engineer so we would have to switch rooms overnight. After packing essentials and accessing a spare keycard from the safe downstairs I was told there were no spare rooms and then told where to find fuse box, uggh!

The language barrier was a bit of a challenge but most of the staff spoke enough English to understand our needs.

The location was in a very good neighborhood, there is a convenience store next door to the building that sells almost everything we needed. The bus stop is also a few feet away from the hotel. Not too far from La Defense, where the main bus/metro/train station and a big Westfield mall are located.

Their company wide billing system has been down for 3 weeks already. They cannot issue any invoice for anyone. They have asked me to remind them every day. I asked for new hangers. They rejected my request. They can let you borrow their irons but no iron boards. You need to iron on a chair. They only cleaned the room and changed towels only once in 2 weeks. The fridge got a broken shelf. You have to be really careful putting groceries in the fridge. WIFI was weak in the bedroom. I was good downstairs at the lobby.

Room size was about right. They have a good laundry facility with a good system to do the laundry. The location is excellent next to a good grocery store and a variety of restaurants. Bus stops really close to the hotel. The staff at the front desk was very kind, specially the staff who worked on weekends.
