We struggled with check in. As it was a weekend it was a self checkin. We couldn't easily locate the key cabinet. We thought it was the safe on the counter. Luckily another guest assisted us. Also didn't know how to use the control to lower the blind in the room and there were no instructions in English. Europeans are probably used to this type of blind but it is not something we have in our country and we were fearful of forcing or breaking it so did not use during our stay.

Well priced for Annecy and walking distance to the old city.

While the room had everything, it lacked the feeling of being welcomed. It felt very dry. While it's great on paper, it's didn't make us go "oh wow".

The room was comfortable. The city centre is a good 15-minute walk. But there is a bus stand nearby that connects to the city via a direct bus, which is very convenient. The Burger King next door is a life saviour.

The checking/ parking was easy with the code received for both before arrival.There is a key box inside the reception where you tap the code and find the key inside, the light lits up above where your one is also the return of the key is in the same box, just follow the instructions. It was very spacious, with a balcony, very clean. They were two stand up fans which we used as it was very hot. It is walking distance to the old town around 15-20 min, which is quite nice. The little Kitchen was also useful to have.

It was very hot - needs air con. But the cooling fan helped somewhat. Not really an apartment - it is a bedroom with a kitchenette in the hallway - there is no sitting room. Could do with a hairdryer and some ice cube trays.

The on site laundry was a bonus. Budget accomodation but made even more budget by guests having to strip their own beds and take out their own rubbish.

Nothing specific it’s good enough for the price.

It was clean and well maintained. They have a system to get the keys on your own on a late arrival which worked really well. It’s close the main train station (15mins ) walk so it was easier to commute to the attractions by public transportation.

At the time of our stay it was very hot outside and there is unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall the interiour has a functonable state but is a little run-down.

The staff is very friendly and the location is near from the center. Our apartment had a fridge, a cooking space and an eating table, which we used as an opportunity to eat there, when we were too tired to go out.

There was a near catastrophe on Sunday when we arrived. The room key box did not open for us. The emergency number , we called three times but was hopeless. We would have to wait for reception to sort things on Monday. We were about to book elsewhere for the night. when someone who worked there helped us out. This short description does not relay our absolute despair at one stage. The lady who helped us was our saviour. You fly for and drive for several hours and then cannot access the room!!!!!!!!

The breakfast was very simple. On the last day we have to take out the trash and collect all towels and sheets in a bag. While checking out at 10 am. It was a bit difficult with a toddler.

We had a one room apartment and that made our life easier while travelling with a toddler. There is also a common washing machine on the ground floor which we used for just 3.50 euros.

We went to sleep in the afternoon and couldn't because of noise from the hotel's employees, the hotel representative said he didn't know about it until I explained to him where the noise was coming from.

We enjoyed the self-contained unit which had everything we needed for a short stay. While it’s located a little out of the old town, it is an easy walk to the train station and all the sites.

We got there on a Friday night and there was no one working the desk. Normally not a problem but the code we had to get into the parking lot did not work. We did get it sorted out but for a couple of nights we had to find parking on the street.

The location was good and there was parking on the property behind the hotel.
