Room smaller than expected. A/C wasn’t working properly, but once they were aware of it they offered to repair it immediately.

The room has a tiny desk which was already mostly covered by a coffee maker. No space to work on it. But this is the case with many hotels in older buildings in older towns. The hotel is not very well suited if you're a bit oversized since the elevator is really very small. The depth of the elevator is between about 40 and 55cm!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a room towards the rear of the building which was quite calm. The comfort of the bed was quite good, at least for my back.

Slightly expensive for what it is, especially because I had a room with very low daylight (only window was towards an enclosed space). The elevator is extremely small and not made at all for people who may be claustrophobic. A group was quite noisy in the evening in my floor the night I stayed.

The location is ideal, the staff is nice and it’s nice to have free coffee/hot chocolate and water.

Location was excellent - less than a 5 min walk to 2 metro stations and in a very safe part of Paris. The bathroom was compact but we had everything we needed in the room and staff were all very helpful and polite

Great location within walking distance to Opera and Lourve. Lots shops and restaurants in vicinity. Hotel was small but adequate for stay and staff were helpful.

Although not relevant, the elevator was incredibly small. Two people with a suitcase would not fit.

The room was big, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was super friendly and cooperative. The hotel is close to the metro station, and you can easily walk around the city (Montmartre, Jardin du Luxembourg, etc.)

Perfect location for strolling around and discovering the centre. The hotel is very cozy. Our rooms were small but had everything we needed. The bed were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that there was a free water dispenser and also some treats. Really recommended!

Every sound coming from the corridor was clearly audible but it didn't interfere with our stay much.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was rather small but nothing bigger was necessary since we spent most of our time out and about. Really clean and a huge plus for a unique design of the romms and the corridors. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of food. The staff was really nice and helpful and there was no trouble communicating in English. Very close to Louvre.

It’s a minor points, but the table lamps and light switches were further than the reach of my arms to easily access when I wanted to get out of bed or switch off the light or charge my phone. The plugs in the room were also not the usual European standard by the bedside, which meant I had to charge my phone away from the bed and get up to access it.

The location and design of the hotel, along with the complimentary breakfast and airy, modern rooms and fittings were excellent. The staff were friendly and warm and helpful in in terms of the welcome and as I wasn’t feeling well we’re very kind and trying to make me feel better and relax. The main Receptionist – atman - or a similar name was especially kind and helpful.

The elevation is too small. Bathroom shower space is narrow and water leaking is a problem.

Location is perfect. You could easily access to metro station nearby the hotel. The bed quality is good and comfortable.
