You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceThe bed clothes were way too hot. For winter ok but not for the heat of the summer. When we arrived a busload of Dutch had been milling around for an hour waiting to get their rooms. Chaotic. If properly organised this should have taken minutes…. As a disabled person was with us we managed to get sorted out fast though.

FranceCheck-in very complicated at a machine, did not receive the room number and access code, help over the phone not readily available. At some point I received an email and could check in with quite some delay. Here seems to be room for improvement to make the process more simple.
Nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed. Quiet. Slept well. Easy parking.

It was a good value near the city of Strasbourg with fast access to Illkirch Graff. Easy access and private parking lot. The employees were friendly.

United KingdomWe had a little trouble trying to book in on the outside screen but after reading the emails again we managed to get in. There was also assistance on an intercom. At least it made the hotel more secure.
This hotel is perfect for being close to the airport, only 2 miles away. It was really clean and the shower was great. The breakfast was as good as a 4 star hotel with so much choice and all for 8.50 euros. The young man on reception was really great and ordered pizza and a taxi for us. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

PolandThe biggest issue was lack of personnel in the night and contact through email (before arrival) was hard. But in the morning receptionist was friendly and although didn't have information I needed left me with feeling of care.
I've took B&B HOTEL because it was close to air port and the price was not high. The room was ok. There was no wardrobe, no safe or other accessories like that. But it was quiet, very clean and warm. No other comforts, but no needed.

TurkeySometimes we can hear the flush or drain system noise from other rooms at midnight, so we keep closed the door.
We stayed at room number 67. Room was really comfortable and clean. Size was good enough for 2 of us. Heating and hot shower were working properly. Car parking was really usefull. We checked in midnight, so reception was closed. So we checked-in by the machine; get the room number and key password by the system which was easy for us.

GermanyFar off everything, without car no chance to drink a beer or get something to eat at late arrival (we called all the restaurants and pizzaservices nearby....). Would be nice to be able to at least get a beer or sandwich from an automat in the hotel.... breakfast: 8€, didn't look atttractive. So we only bought a coffe (2€) which didn't taste good at all.
