We had a little trouble trying to book in on the outside screen but after reading the emails again we managed to get in. There was also assistance on an intercom. At least it made the hotel more secure.

This hotel is perfect for being close to the airport, only 2 miles away. It was really clean and the shower was great. The breakfast was as good as a 4 star hotel with so much choice and all for 8.50 euros. The young man on reception was really great and ordered pizza and a taxi for us. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We needed to continually log in to the internet every couple of hours. Very annoying.

The manager went out of his way to make our stay a pleasurable one. The site was close to transport into town. The breakfast each morning was excellent. Keyless entry to room.

The biggest issue was lack of personnel in the night and contact through email (before arrival) was hard. But in the morning receptionist was friendly and although didn't have information I needed left me with feeling of care.

I've took B&B HOTEL because it was close to air port and the price was not high. The room was ok. There was no wardrobe, no safe or other accessories like that. But it was quiet, very clean and warm. No other comforts, but no needed.

Sometimes we can hear the flush or drain system noise from other rooms at midnight, so we keep closed the door.

We stayed at room number 67. Room was really comfortable and clean. Size was good enough for 2 of us. Heating and hot shower were working properly. Car parking was really usefull. We checked in midnight, so reception was closed. So we checked-in by the machine; get the room number and key password by the system which was easy for us.

Hotel still in construction, the ground floor ia basically a construction site. A shuttle to/from the airport would be great .

Basic but conveniently close to Strasbourg airport. Can be acccesed by bus but not very frequent, else it's 3km taxi ride After hour check in ia very convenient as reception close at 9.

Far off everything, without car no chance to drink a beer or get something to eat at late arrival (we called all the restaurants and pizzaservices nearby....). Would be nice to be able to at least get a beer or sandwich from an automat in the hotel.... breakfast: 8€, didn't look atttractive. So we only bought a coffe (2€) which didn't taste good at all.

It is a great hotel if you are travelling by car and need to stop for the night. There is plenty of free parking outside, a petrol station less than a km away and it is near the various motorways. The room is a decent size, it was clean and quiet and the wi-fi was decent. You can have breakfast there if you want but there are no restaurants, shops or cafes nearby and you are basically in the middle of nowhere.

We need to be close to the Strasbourg airport and this hotel was great choise, 5 min by car from the terminal. Rooms and equipment are standard.

I was thinking to gave "very poor rate", as I didn't like the final price that I paid. At the end, I decided to give 9, as I slept well in a clean room. The only problem that I have is payment. My booking reservation included: (10 % VAT is included. € 0.77 City tax per person per night is included.). When I paid, they charged me additionally this amount. It was around 15EUR additional charge, unexplained. I tried to get info why I have to pay it, no clear answer at the reception. Probably this will be the reason why I will not go back to this hotel, even I like it for a short stay. If someone charged you different price, that was announced in booking confirmed page, then such place is not trustworthy. Who knows what will be next time with price and payment.

Hotel room was small, but enough large for a two-day stay. It was clean, wi-fi working perfect. Breakfast is basic, but good enough to get refueled in the morning. Staff very friendly. Check-in went quick through. Don't forget that you should do check-in within time described

Not linked to the hotel but be aware that a taxi ride to the airport (duration 3 minutes) cost me 22 euros.

Functional room, good for a quick stop before taking an early flight. I booked after a weekend visiting family and wanted to avoid having them driving at the airport at 5am.

Breakfast was a let down but perhaps that was not important to most of the other guest. Bathroom needs some care.

We stayed at this Hotel on a previous trip and had enjoyed our stay however after having stayed in several other hotels on this trip found a distinct difference from our previous stay. The staff were kind and professional but the facilities seemed to be tired.
