We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomlocated a bit out of Les Houches and required a bus to get to the start of the tour but this was easily done
huge bed, really comfy, great communal facilities with excellent views of the mountains downstairs. particularly appreciated the free tea, coffee and water (still or sparkling). booked far in advance so room was very affordable we left our bag there while we completed the tour de Mont Blanc for 10 euros as a flat rate regardless of number of bags or amount of time

South KoreaIt was uncomfortable because I had to get up every time I brought food because the breakfast space was dug up from the floor.
Good choice for sightseeing in the Chamonix area. It's a bit far from downtown Chamonix, but we drove with a car, so there was no problem. The hotel is modern, youthful and lively. Our mezzanine triple room is big enough for one child and two adults. Breakfast was nomal. I recommend it for family trips.

Czech RepublicAt the check-out, the reception was not occupied and I had to wait. I recommend to allow payment already during the check-in in order to rise the customer satisfaction.
The accommodation was even better than expected, it has a very pleasant vibe. The room was very clean, it is located close to a train and bus stop and a supermarket (all approx. 10 minutes on foot). The check-in was very friendly and efficient. I would book here again.

FranceThere was nothing not to like except the check-in process took longer than expected. We reached but the rooms were not ready by then so had to wait for an hour or so.
The hotel met the expectations for our one night stay in Chamonix. Very convenient if you want to ski or even just go up to Aiguille du Midi. Rooms were spacious and the restaurants downstairs had good food. Overall great place to stay in Les Houches which is hardly 7 mins drive from Chamonix city center.

LatviaWe arrived late on our way to Chamonix. Convenient parking. The reception was open and we were greeted very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable with a view of the snowy peaks of the mountains. The restaurant is open until 22 o'clock and we were fed deliciously! But most of all I liked the interesting design of the hotel and it distinguishes it from all the hotels we have been to. Everything is done in the style of old computer games. Lots of activities to keep your kids busy. Just great.

CanadaRoom was a bit warm but we opened the window and it was ok. The ventilation & fan system was mainly for heat and wasn't an A/C - would help to include instructions. we tried to turn on the fan on the ventilation panel but it didn't work
Best part was the view - our window faced the beautiful mountain scape. Simple and modern set up - space very well utilized and room has everything we needed (would have been nice to have an extra chair). Very clean. Energetic and young vibes... love the outdoor common space with ping pong, billard tables... Staff was friendly
