Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomAlthough the rooms were really clean, the toilets by the dining area were really average , both in the evening when we checked in , as well as morning after breakfast (yes, kids always need the toilet outside of the room)
Really family-friendly hotel where attention to kids is second-to-none (and we don't get the feeling that they are a burden!). Second stay and we'll definitely come back. Rooms are really good , safe with little ones and the mezzanine bed always fun. The common spaces are a real plus, with the little play area + computers keeping the kids happy and entertained while enjoying the restaurant. Food was tasty and staff friendly and efficient.

MalaysiaQuite a distances from Taconnaz or Les Houches train station, 15-20minutes walking distances. It’s quite tough to walk with luggages.
Clean and cozy. We stayed in a twin bedroom. Room size is perfect for two. We had a nice sleep for that night.

Czech RepublicIn the evening, the room was a bit noisy from the terrace and the restaurant.
Hotel with a pleasant cheerful atmosphere. We liked our room with a mezzanine where there was plenty of space to store things. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Great breakfast. Good restaurant, their burger was the right ending of our TMB.

United Kingdomnothing really stood out as being bad. Games, food, all was good and the bonus of an EV charger was welcome.
all was good if a little limited on space, given a family with a teenager but overall really unusual place to stay nd a good experience. Had a good interaction where we didn't book for a meal but the staff managed to squeeze us in at last minute despite being really busy.

IrelandThe seating in the breakfast area was a bit uncomfortable, difficult to stand up and walk to the buffet, definitely not suitable for people with any problems with knees. Scrambled eggs were cold and tasted strange. Also, no leaflets or maps of the area, e.g. maps of walking trails.
The decoration style of pop culture is very interesting, the black corridors were cool. It's a large and quite new hotel and everything is of a high standard. I liked the tea and coffee machine in the lobby, a kids area and a lively bar - but the rooms were very quiet. Nice breakfast. Probably the best value for money in this part of the Alps!

BahrainThe room is small and does not accommodate more than two bags and the bathroom is also narrow. I stayed in this hotel for a one-night rest and during it I visited Chamonix and the other day I had a trip to Zurich but I did not sleep that night and the reason is that a fire broke out I think at 3 am and the alarm system went off in the whole building and this is what terrified us. The parking lots are crowded and you have to wait for a period of time to get a parking spot and the reason is there is a bar and visitors from outside come and use the parking lots. There should be a more convenient place to unload the luggage because the street is not straight and if you have more than one bag it is somewhat tiring. The important point in this evaluation that really bothered me is the bad treatment of the employees when I arrived to enter the hotel the employee deducted the amount and gave me the room card without any instructions or guidance about the features and guiding me to the room etc. and this bothered me. At 7:30 I went to the restaurant to book a table for dinner. The appointment was at 9:30. I arrived at around 9:40 and stood in front of the reception desk waiting for someone to come and show me to the table I had booked in advance. For your information, most of the tables in the restaurant were empty. I waited for 5-10 minutes and all the restaurant employees passed by me and saw me standing with my family. No one asked what I wanted or if I had a reservation. There was a person who said he was the restaurant manager. I saw him going from place to place and taking orders from one table and another. He also saw me standing and did not move or even tell me to wait. So I spoke to the bar employee and he went to him and looked at me for a while and went somewhere and then came back. I was very upset by this inappropriate and disrespectful behavior from the hotel employees, who are supposed to represent the hotel in a beautiful and kind image. I am on a tourist
The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is also good. There is an outdoor courtyard overlooking Mont Blanc which is also part of the restaurant.

United States of AmericaThe room was very small and the stairs a bit tricky; however, all the outdoor spaces made up for it completely.
This property was a highlight for our 3 kids as they loved the Photo Booth, games, ping pong, and more. We loved the free water and coffee/tea station and the views from the playground area. There was a laundry facility in the basement and free parking.
