Staff friendly but sometimes the receptionist was doing too much joke then this can be annoying. He also had an issue with a customer and he was upset then told me the story that I don't want to be part of.

Close to the center and a few minutes walk from Versailles palace and the train station. I did checked in my room in advance and they allowed me to receive a parcel and kept it safe for one week before I arrived.

Our room was very compact but the room allocated to our friends (for the same price) was much larger. It was fairly comfortable but cramped for 2 nights.

The location is excellent for visiting the Palace of Versailles. We were able to park right outside the hotel initially but then could move into their small secure car park for the 2 nights we were there. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking is not free, you will be charged 9€ per day, which wasn't mentioned in the app. Parking space is very narrow, to the point that we had problem to park in a way that other car could get out. It requiers a bit of management in between the guests. Room was cold with no option to increase the temperature. For 189€ that we paid (without breakfast), it is not good price to quality ratio.

The hotel is situated in a good and quiet area, close to everything by walk in few minutes. Interior of the hotel was clean, with a good smell and nice furniture. The room was small, nice and tidy. The bed was comfy. The isolation was also good, we didn't hear anything from outside and inside. The big advantage is that hotel has a parking space, which is behind the gate.

I didn't understand what WiFi i needed to use and if i needed a password (i didn't ask, and i only stayed for 2 night so it wasn't much of a problem)

The entire staff was welcoming and the breakfast was very good, a little expensive but not too much.

In our room, the bathroom was tiny. I had to sit nearly sideways on the toilet and the shower controls confused me. Still have no idea how I got it turned on or off. Hahaha

The fact that you need to call the door bell to let you in. Especially, when you are traveling with pet, you need to go out to walk it late, and receptionist was not looking happy when we went out and came back after 21:00. It would be nice if room keys would open the front door. Otherwise, you feel trapped.

Great location, near the main tourist spots. Good restaurants and city market optionsnearbyy. Easy to navigate area. Plenty historical buildings nearby. I loved that hthe otel had parking designated for guests.

A perfect place to stay the night while making a two day visit to the Palais de Versailles and the Trianons. Stylish, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Minutes from bus stops to the RER and the Palais, or a short walk to the Palais. Good restaurants close by.

Lots to like here: 1 - Good location in Versailles only a fifteen minute walk to the palace and plenty of good places to eat less than five minutes away from the hotel 2 - Excellent staff, incredibly firendly and helpful, can't commend them enough for their work! 3 - Great facilities, the rooms were very comfy, very clean and very bright, and excellent place to stay.

Entry into on site parking, quite narrow.

Location was easy walking to Versailles and restaurants. Parking was on site. Room was clean. Electric by bed. Parking with gate was secure.

Towels in the bathrooms are alittle tired/thin/grey. Maybe get new ones. There is no shelf or dish inside the shower, to put razor, shampoo, etc on. This seems to be a Europe thing. There is an amazing coffee machine in the lobby, for the breakfast. It would have been great to be able to use that and make coffee.

Unfortunately we were both sick, so was holed up in our room for 3 days. I so missed all the attractions. Breakfasts were great. Big selection Loved the bed and pillows. Everything was so clean So many restaurants around to use
