Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room and everywhere in the hotel kept spotless. Very Good breakfast insofar as there was the usual bread and croissant but also cereal and yoghurt and all very fresh. The bed was very comfortable for me and quite comfortable for my husband. The room was a bit small but it reflected the price, so no complaints. The lady in reception tried to help us with the parking but our French wasn't quite up to it. What we worked out was as follows. Any parking with white outlines on the road were free to park at indefinitely. Any blue zone carparks or road spaces outlined in blue had time restrictions which were clearly marked on a signpost. You need a blue card clock "thing" which the hotel receptionist will give you free of charge, to show your arrival time. Etaples is lovely, enjoy!

Ground floor Bedroom window opened directly onto the street so ventilation was limited by the need to keep the metal blind nearly closed. Room is on the small side and a little pricey for what it was.

Location was good near to Calais and Le Touquet and walking distance to nearby restaurants. Public car park outside hotel with free overnight parking. Room was in good order with comfy bed. Good bathroom with decent shower.

No lift should you need one, no kettle in room for making hot drinks and only one chair. Parking very difficult at present as it is being redone and could take months to complete, although it will be good once completed and normally you can park right in front of the hotel.

Convenient for Calais ferry, friendly and helpful staff, nice clean room. We frequently use this hotel as you can walk quickly into Etaples for a meal. Good market on Tuesdays and Fridays and a pleasant place to wander round.

Well located and next to a fabulous restaurant. Easy to check in, friendly staff, very clean and perfect for an overnight stay before returning to the UK. I feel like we missed out by not exploring the local area a little more.

The staff of the hotel is great! Very helpful and caring. Our room didn't have a confditioner but was still cool after the day heat. So do not worry. Cleaning was perfect. If you travel by car it's an ideal place to stay to explore the area around. For those withourt a car - there is a bike rent 10-min walk away. (Near the museum) Buses are not frequent in the area.))

Very fresh and clean. Very friendly welcome, and helpful. Great place for pit stop if travelling onwards. A great moules marinere in the brasserie in the town square, a well stocked convenience store and two bakeries a few paces away. You can park right outside free of charge.

During warm weather the room becomes unbearably warm and keeps you awake, there is no air conditioning and the window has a very restricted opening.

Clean and wholesome with crisp white bed linen and a central location.

Breakfast was rather basic but ok and again I wasn't expecting great things from it anyway. It was a little run-down on the exterior and a little on the interior too.
