Kitchen space perfectly adequate for breakfast and snacks but a bit small if you are planning to cook full meals.

Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Very convenient for tram to get into centre, although lovely to walk along the sea front ( approx 45 mins). Wine experience at Olala Bordeaux wine tasting was excellent. Sensory wine tasting at La Cite du Vin much less so. Parking on site a bonus with direct access to accommodation.

We were very comfortable for our week long visit to Bordeaux. Close to the Wine Museum and transit right across the street.

Great aparthotel with well thought out room layout, we got a room with a great view of the Garona! Everything in the room is clean and in line with the photos on Booking.com. Bed was also comfortable with a quality mattress. The hotel is located in a modern neighbourhood, close to the Cité du Vin, some supermarkets and a lovely food market (Les Halles Bacalan) where you can try a lot of local foods, ranging from cheese to oysters, and complement it with some lovely local wine. There are public transport stops close to the hotel; the tram is a very convenient way to quickly get to the centre of the city and wander around there or visit restaurants without having to think about where to park your car. We initially asked for an early check in and were told that this would only be possible if a room was ready for us, but that it was not guaranteed. However, we were given a room right on arrival and checked into the hotel at 10 am not having to wait for some extra 5 hours, for which we would like to extend a special thanks to the hotel staff once again. Upon departure, we were also allowed to leave the car in the hotel parking lot for some time after the checkout, which was very convenient as it allowed us to walk around the city a little more before leaving. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bordeaux and will be back here again on our next trip!

It seems the heating is automatically off in the mid night without reaching the set temperature. I donot understand why. So I can feel room is not very warm in late Dec.. The room size does not look like photo, but basically enough to use..

Clean, comfortable room, the toilet and bathroom is clean, the bed is comfortable, facility like kitchen is new. Generally, it is a very good hotel.

The only thing I can say is that a little table with 2 chairs would be nice. Or maybe an extra chair at the desk so you have a better place to eat.

I didn’t like the breakfast, the price/quality ratio does not correspond to 15 euros. One day moldy bread was served, another day fermented juice. Everything is beautifully presented, but the choice is limited.

I liked the location, attentive and nice staff. The beautiful room and comfortable bed exceeded expectations.

The towels in the bathroom could be better quality. They were quite small and thin. Sometimes the shower doors were difficult to open.

I enjoyed my stay here. My studio was very clean and equipped with a small kitchen. The location is good and there is a tram stop very close by.
