We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was no air conditioning in the rooms and the fan that was provided was covered in dust. In the first room we stayed in the bathroom door didn't close properly.
Great location for getting to Disneyland, just one stop on the metro. Really lovely welcoming staff who gave lollipops to our three children. The complementary bottles of water were very welcome. Beds very comfortable.

Great location, next to the shopping center and about a 30min walk away from Disneyland. The kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. You get some water, coffee and tea. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. Soap and towels are provided as well. It's a good hotel to book when you are looking for a place to rest and discover Disneyland and Paris.

It was also nice this year too, however i feel there isnt anything to occupy small children, unless your out and about -everything is easy accessable. Most of the items in the rooms met our needs, but the turntable in the microwave didnt work properly and we couldve been done with a toaster, chopping board and a fan as it got very hot during the night.
The area is very easy accessable for disneyland, val d europe, which has train RER that will take you to Paris. It has a snack / drinks vending machine in main hall thats you can use anytime. You can come and go using your key card at any time. Have met alot of nice people here

United KingdomHonestly, there wasn't anything. Would recommend for anyone wanting to go to Disney.
Nice hotel with a good size room. Kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay. Neighbourhood was nice and felt safe. Nearby Val D'Europe shopping centre, which has a huge supermarket and lots of shops. Staff were nice, helpful and let us use luggage storage for free.

United KingdomI booked twin beds as travelling with wriggly granddaughter and arrived to a double. The receptionist said that housekeeping would divide the bed the next day but it didn’t happen and reception closes at 7pm so when we returned from the park there was nobody around to help. If you want separate beds I would suggest sending a message beforehand.
