Within the building itself it was relatively unclean and the breakfast was woeful for what you paid for. The tables were also terribly laid out and close together so people couldn’t get out to get more food.

The bed and bathroom were comfortable and there was a kitchenette you could use plus a small table to eat at. Location was great for us being close to Disneyland.

Poor wall sound insulation. The pull-out bed was very noisy. The selection of breakfast food is very small. It does not correspond to the price paid. The smell of the apartment was a bit annoying. They appear to have been smoked in. The curtains are all soaked with smoke.

The place is great. The apartments are small but comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. Clean enough. The staff is nice.

The shower was horrendous! The water wouldn't stay hot, it came out as a trickle and the shower head kept falling off the wall. Shower curtain let the water out so the bathroom floor was like a swimming pool. There was a disgusting smell coming from the drains so I had to keep the windows open all the time for fresh air. Bags of rubbish left for two days outside of several rooms. Lots of noise from corridor and the rooms above.

Location was wonderful, short walk to RER and shops/eateries. Staff were wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. Vending machines for snacks and drinks. Secure entrance into building. Sleeping area was very modern and relaxing. Foyer smelt divine. Room was clean.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms and the fan that was provided was covered in dust. In the first room we stayed in the bathroom door didn't close properly.

Great location for getting to Disneyland, just one stop on the metro. Really lovely welcoming staff who gave lollipops to our three children. The complementary bottles of water were very welcome. Beds very comfortable.

There was no air conditioning so very hot in rooms. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. The fan didn't work in bathroom and none in kitchen, so apartment got hotter when using kitchen or bathroom. The kitchen was missing some items,

Great location, next to the shopping center and about a 30min walk away from Disneyland. The kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. You get some water, coffee and tea. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. Soap and towels are provided as well. It's a good hotel to book when you are looking for a place to rest and discover Disneyland and Paris.

This is our 2nd visit here, and coming as a family was very nice last year. It was also nice this year too, however i feel there isnt anything to occupy small children, unless your out and about -everything is easy accessable. Most of the items in the rooms met our needs, but the turntable in the microwave didnt work properly and we couldve been done with a toaster, chopping board and a fan as it got very hot during the night.

The area is very easy accessable for disneyland, val d europe, which has train RER that will take you to Paris. It has a snack / drinks vending machine in main hall thats you can use anytime. You can come and go using your key card at any time. Have met alot of nice people here

Honestly, there wasn't anything. Would recommend for anyone wanting to go to Disney.

Nice hotel with a good size room. Kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay. Neighbourhood was nice and felt safe. Nearby Val D'Europe shopping centre, which has a huge supermarket and lots of shops. Staff were nice, helpful and let us use luggage storage for free.

The beds are not that good. Two singles made into a double. Bedding doesn't fit very well.

I booked twin beds as travelling with wriggly granddaughter and arrived to a double. The receptionist said that housekeeping would divide the bed the next day but it didn’t happen and reception closes at 7pm so when we returned from the park there was nobody around to help. If you want separate beds I would suggest sending a message beforehand.

Flooring made of tiles, some of them cracked and unstuck. Shower has the hose too short, tall people have a hard time showering.
