room was on a lower ground floor and whilst the room was warm the floor was cold, but a pair of warm ski socks sorted that out.

Great Location next to Bossonnet Ski Lift giving access to the whole mountain , the hotel is a short 5 min walk to the lift which is easily manageable in Ski boots. the Ski area was quiet at all times with very few queues. We found the ski are good for beginners and intermediates with some beautiful places to eat.

Mattress and pillows on the bed were not very comfortable at all and affected my sleep, leaving me in pain and stiff in the mornings.

First of all, instead of a proper bed, you get a narrow sofa which is basically killing your back. The photos on booking.com are way far from the reality, the room was smaller, the kitchen was smaller and there was no bath. The staff told us that we need to buy our own toilet paper. The ski lockers were on the other end of of the property

There was nothing we did not like.

The location of the resort was great, very close to Geneva and our accommodation was close to the slopes so not far to walk in the morning. There are plenty of bars and good restaurants, bakeries and also a carrefour and U express within walking distance to most accommodation. Our accommodation was close to the Le Bossonnet ski lift and very clean and spacious, although with 4 adults it would have been nice to have more seating.

One of the rooms did not have a door, so no intimacy. Kitchen was lacking a lot of elements for a longer stay (we stayed 2 weeks) and the basics like toilet paper, cleaning products etc were not furnished - which is always the case in a hotel and almost always the case in a Bnb nowadays. Considering the price and the length of our stay, I feel like it should have been included.

Apartment clean, well placed, bed comfortable. Looks like the photo, and we were pretty well placed, we liked our terrasse. The hotel was calm and the pool was petite but the view is amazing - definitely a nice addition. La Clusaz is a very pretty station with lots to do. The restaurant of the property is really nice as well.

would have been nicer to have been nearer the lifts, if this was a ski in ski out resort it would be perfect. The bed was great but the pillows like bricks!

my hired skis were really good and service was great at Au Sportif, the shuttle bus was useful. The spa was lovely (apart from the showers being a bit cold) the food in the hotel restaurant was outstanding! Bali bar was fantastic and the staff very accommodating.

Extremely disappointed by my stay. The studio apartment I stayed at was completely outdated. The futon ist uncomfortable and loud. There wasn’t even a sponge to wash the dishes. Extremely small TV. Kept getting woken up by people in the hallway, walking with snowboots or making phone calls. While showering the water switched from hot to freezing every few seconds. I don’t understand the 4 Stars. I couldn’t find the advertised “prestiged”. I’ve stayed at other Odalys appartments before, and was really suprised by everything listed above. I informed the staff of my surprise upon arrival, they informed me that they couldn’t anything, because I booked via Booking.com and they are not responsible for the pictures posted..

That the pool was only open to kids for two hours middle of the day not great if you’re skiing. The outdoor pool closed. We booked because of the pool for our son. Didn’t use it once. The spa was one you have to pay to go into. No clean bedding to change beds. No clean towels. Really small room.

Extremely poorly designed on every level. From the location of the plug above the sink to the walk through the cold underground car park to get to any of the facilities. Also, the appliances/furniture were absolutely bottom of the range. Not good at all.

We payed for a doble bed bedroom for my wife and i, and they gave us a room with only a very uncomfortable sofabed. It was unbelievable. It is a “4 star hotel” and they didn’t even gave us hands soap. The toaster caused the fuse to blow and the heating turned off every now and then, there might be a short circuit, its advisable to check the wiring.

Be aware that the apartment is very basic. Few plug points, no lamps. No towel change mid week. We were woken on two nights by staff partying in the room directly below us. The party started at 4am and was still going at 9am. Took a while to work out where the noise was coming from due to the layout of the property. When we complained to reception their response to question why we didn't complain earlier, no apology, no acknowledgment that the disturbance was caused by hotel staff, no access to a manager. Fairly shoddy customer service

Clean accommodation in a great location for accessing the ski lifts and town centre. Very good restaurant on site which was a pleasant surprise.

The equipment, finition and decoration of the apartments are really bad. The proximity between the buildings is uncomfortable, we had to close the curtains all the time. The beds and pillows are very bad quality, I had the impression to sleep on a rock. We had to do the beds of the kids ourselves and no towels were provided for them (we had to request some more at the reception). The kitchen is very small and not well equipped, we had to go to the restaurant every days. The ski lockers are not warmed and at -2 floor, with no elevator (ideal with ski shoes…). Overall, very bad experience, I will never come back.
