Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

NetherlandsNo ski-in/ski-out. It took some time to figure out how to return back from slope to that building. It is rather complicated. Pay attention which parking do you use. P2 was quite far, 20-30 mins walk. It is better to get P0, or maybe P1.
Nice view. Relatively big apartment. Warm. Sunny. A lot of bars and shopping center downstairs. Ice skating.

TurkeyBy 9 pm, the heaters were being turned off, so the room was starting to get calmer around midnight. Maybe people will be happier if these time intervals are extended a little longer. Of course, the comfort of the bunk bed is not like a bed, but it will be much better if the sponges and covers are renewed. Our apartment was right at the entrance of the elevator, the disadvantage of which is that you could hear the voices of every person coming and going. Due to the 2-3 bars below, music sounds are heard until 1 am it is not incredibly disturbing, but it will be helpful to know.
Frankly, my wife and I found the apartment very comfortable. We got off in front of our house when we took the free shuttle from the bus station in Val Thorens and got off at the Les Neves stop. This made us very happy, especially as we had a huge snowboard bag and two big suitcases. Since I couldn't read the Voucher in my mail correctly, I had a problem with where to get the key. I sat at the Frog bar at the entrance of the building and asked the people there, and when I reread the Voucher, I went to the agency located 150 meters down, right next to the Winter Cafe. The approach of employee was very polite when receiving the key. When we entered the apartment, we were delighted as it was a much larger place than the photos. The fridge - coffee machine - cooker, and microwave oven worked without problems. We never had any hot water problems in the shower. When we entered the spotless apartment, we cleaned it again due to covid. We took our fresh coffee every morning and welcomed the new day on the balcony. In short, we had a more enjoyable holiday than we expected. We had no problems with the deposit; as I said, the employees are very polite and solution-oriented. If we come again, will we stay in the same place? If you are a couple, have children, or three people. All markets - ski pass sales point and track access point are very close (like 3 minute).
