We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSlight smell when we arrived in bathroom. Only one toilet roll provided too. First night we had very loud neighbours through the wall however they left which made the stay much better (we complained and staff were very helpful)
Excellent location in Val Thoren. Good size rooms and shared spaces. Lovely balcony. Bus stop is outside the apartment which is very handy. Spa facilities were great especially the outdoor facilities.

United KingdomUnfortunately the room was not ready at the time stated, they were clearly struggling for adequate cleaning staff. I had completed all details ahead of time for a speedy book in process and had arrived early in resort and completed yet more details. We then went off to enjoy the resort for the afternoon and many others had done the same. On return the queue at reception to get the keys was extremely long and was a mixture of those booking in taking 5-10minutes and others just being given keys. If they had a separate queues one for just collecting keys it would have easier the congestion in the small reception area would have been reduced and reduced frayed tempers. The staff where very helpful and pleasant but completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of people trying to check in and rooms not being ready, sending people away and in our case going back 3 times before we got our keys.
The apartment was really great, warm and a good size for the money we paid. Well equipped kitchen. The spa/ pool was excellent though very buy after skiing. The location was very good with ski out and a slightly more tricky direct ski in or a blue run and short walk, also the ski bus stopped right outside. The onsite restaurant was very good as was the pub. There was plenty of parking in the garage. I would definitely come back.

United KingdomThe restaurant staff were great but having paid full adult prices for a 12 year old daughter we were very disappointed with the portion sizes and slightly let down by the quality of the food. Also the bed wasn’t made up in the lounge on arrival so we were given sheets the next day to make our own.
The spa was such a treat at the end of a day skiing. location and layout of the apartment were great. Accommodation was good value.

United KingdomIt’s only a small thing but the bath had spar jets but didn’t work. Also could do with another comfy arm chair and a foot rest, when shattered in the evening would have been nice as 3 of us on one sofa and chair.

United KingdomProbably the worst ski in hotel I’ve stayed in. You had to scramble down a red run which was difficult for the best of skiers and terrible for kids, and then you had to get off the run on to the a metal ramp and try not to break any bones. Ski out was fine The pool was shut for children at 6pm, which was not described when booking The rooms were filthy and blood on the quilt. No clean towels provided throughout the week

IrelandThe apartment was spacious and extremely well fitted with a great kitchen. The ski-in-ski-out was fantastic and saved a lot of time. The spa facilities were amazing and never too busy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is perfect, ski rental and a shop all within 30 seconds of the apartment. Would highly recommend.

IrelandCould have been cleaner. No cooking essentials (oil, salt/pepper etc)/toilet paper/kitchen paper provided, which made cooking in awkward. No towel changes during the week. The spa is simply not big enough for the amount of people. We never got to use the hot tubs because they were either inexplicably closed, or jammed full with people.
Location is decent and staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
