Because our stay was on a national holiday day there was no receptionist. We were not sent a pin code for entry so had to rely on another guest who had the code. Although the booking clearly stated 2 persons there was only towels for one person. Also no tea towel or cleaning equipment even though we would be charged if the room was not cleaned. This place needs much improvement.

Room was clean and tidy. Single bed comfortable but small.

It’s very basic and the carpets need replacing.

Location was excellent for a stop, sleep and leave en route to the south of France. The Lidl next door is excellent and it opens at 0830 even on a Sunday.x

The carpet on the first floor of the property we were assigned was unacceptably dirty/stained and ought to be replaced.

Location was good for a one night stopover. Easy to reach, less than 10 min by car from the city centre.

Stayed on two separate occasions . In the second apartment the Sofa Bed was uncomfortable.

Everything was very good and clean. The Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. It was easy to find, quiet and in a good location.

Room was basic but perfectly adequate for our needs. Parking outside and the Lidl next door made it very convenient. Good value for the price paid.

No air conditioning

Very nice apartment, with basics you would need, Lidl a couple of minutes away and a nice pizza restaurant. No air con, and was boiling, so struggled to get a good night's sleep.

Maybe just an oversight, but there were four of us and we were only given 3 towel sets.

We booked this as an inexpensive overnight stop on-route home from our holiday so weren’t really expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious and clean, the shower was great, and if it hadn’t been for the boiler in the wardrobe next to our heads making odd noises (not bothered by this though once we put ear plugs in) then I’d say this was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Secure parking, great staff communication. Would stay here again.

The floor and furniture looks worn and old.

We stayed here as a family with 3 small children on our way by car from the South of France to Holland. Great hotel for a stop like this. Large appartement, clean. Although very old, in need of refurbishment. By tram it’s only 10min to Dijon city centre and for kids there’s a trampoline park at only 5 min walk distance.

The apartment could do with a refurbishment as although functional, clean and very quite with fresh towels, it just lacked that wow factor. Host were helpful and friendly so overall l would give a 6/10 score

The convenience and location meant we were centrally located with local supermarket and shopping mall within walking distance

Carpet on the floor was dirty. It's really basic. Beds a bit hard. Compared to other options a bit expensive.

Easy to find and plenty of free parking outside of the apartment. The ability to get the access card from the Locked Box meant that we didn't have to stress about our arrival time. This was an overnight stop for us, so it all worked well. Pets are accepted.

The brutalist carpet was a little off-putting although we had read about this. It felt a little like walking into a crime scene. We wondered are all the apartments like this? Fascinating really😊

It was easy to get to. The apartment was very large and had all we required. There was a great brewery up the road a little and a pizza place.
