The standard of cleaning in the bathroom and toilet could've been a bit better - there was bits of dirt/fluff/hair on the floor. Also our ferry was cancelled and rescheduled and we couldn't contact the host for 3 days before we were due to arrive, to let them know. But once we finally got in touch with them, they were very responsive to messages.

Loved the apartment overall - the decor was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the view was amazing! There was a lovely vibe and atmosphere in the apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back one day.

Hard to find as the restaurants below the apartment were all closed. It looked like a vacant building. The apartment wasn't the cleanest. There was sand over the floor and it was dusty. I think we were the first booking after the off-season, so it was probably sitting for few months.

The apartment was very big and well equipped. The location can't be beat. It is across the street from the ocean, and a quick drive to the Normandy American Cemetery.

Could have done with instructions in English for the microwave oven but we muddled through. Didn't need the washing machine, maybe this space would be of more use as storage instead. As others have mentioned the freezer compartment of the fridge freezer was completely frozen but we didn't need it anyway and I did have to clean the coffee machine before I used it.

We stopped in apartment No.3. The view was perfect as was the location. The apartment had everything we needed for our comfortable 4 night stay. I had read mixed reviews of the property so was ready for the worse but found everything to be just right for us. Restaurant underneath the apartment was lovely with lovely staff.

Location was fantastic right on Omaha beach. 3 bedrooms were great. Very clean. We arrived later than we expected - check in process was communicated well and they shared photos of where to get the keys. But it’s super dark at night. Like pitch black- which was awesome to see the stars but a little challenge g to get parked and in. Roads are super windy and you feel like you are driving in a lane in a field - which is super cool for ambience. Day time arrival would be no issue.

In our 16 days trip to France this was the most expensive stay, nothing really bad but by comparison I need to mention.

Excellent location, with perfect view at the bank of the beach, with just 20 meters cross the street to get to the golden sands. In the middle of Omaha war site, next to small village with D day museum and small, medieval church. Comfortable, spacious, both beds were very comfy. Clean, with all necessary acessories. I really love this place and wish to come back. Easy, free of charge parking.

The kitchen and shower room were not very clean. Both sinks were dirty as were all the cupboards (including cutlery etc.). The kitchen was very poorly equipped with very few pans or utensils and despite it being advertised there was no dishwasher (although there was a washing machine which wasn’t on the inventory). The rest of the apartment was great but one of the windows in the bedroom would not open and we did not want to force it. This is a great apartment but the issues above let it down and could be simply rectified.

Nothing we didn’t like, but a few suggestions and things to note. Soap in the bathroom would have been helpful, when you stay somewhere for 1 night you don’t want to have to go buy staples, and soap in the bathroom to wash hands is a staple. Second, a microwave would be a helpful addition, but did appreciate all the other kitchen amenities available. The apartment slept 8 but there was only 1 bathroom and that was challenging. Not a huge deal for a couple of days, but just something to note.

We really enjoyed our stay here and honestly would have liked to have stayed longer. The location was wonderful, right on Omaha Beach! We didn’t see any markers but there was a restaurant right below the apartment, which was nice. The windows open up to the beach and the breeze and ocean sounds coming in was lovely!

We did not know where to find breakfast, even if it was only croissants and coffee. No nearby restaurants, cafes, or bakeries could be found that were open before we needed to leave for our tours.

I was amazed at the location of this place. Literally on the beach. Apartments were perfect for what our large group was looking for. The views were stunning. Lovely staff in restaurant below.

Property not cleaned to our standards: not clean inside the kitchen cabinets, under the beds, even the living room table was not really clean.

Superb view over the sea. Convenient location to visit the D-day beaches and museums. Little local store/bakery around the corner. Parking space in front of the building. Apartment has been renovated not too long ago.

Bed was not the most comfortable. The property is a very old building that is renovated - but renovation is mostly cosmetic and floor makes squeaky noise in many places.

Property was clean and kitchen had required utensils. Electric raditor worked well. Great views to the sea and the beach.
