I hope you can make a wider variety of breakfast. We stayed in many hotels in Europe and most of breakfast are the same . I hope you can add more choices .

Nice modern clean room. We had a small kitchen that makes our stay feels like we were at our home. Bed was very comfortable and luxurious. Lighting of our room was very cozy. The bathroom is spacious and sink is very modern.

Everything was perfect.

Perfect hotel with very big rooms and well maintained. The breakfast was also perfect with quality food. The hotel has one of the best rooftop bars in Strasbourg. Also hotel has good connection to the center with bus/tram station on 100m distance from the hotel.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially on Reception. Fantastic location and beautiful rooms, which were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lovely food, especially catering for dietary needs.

A great hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg with a great breakfast and lovely rooftop bar! This hotel has a great connection in and around the city with a tram stop next door.

The room decor is chic but dark, with so many small accent lights that it would take a multi day stay to learn to use them effectively.

We were upgraded to a suite because of a mix-up with our original room. Both rooms were beautifully decorated. Delicious breakfast. Building security is excellent and the guest laundry was a godsend! There are many excellent food options nearby and covered parking for bicycles. We really welcomed these touches of luxury at this stage of our trip

The breakfast offerings were very good for the most part. Scrambled eggs were ‘curdling’ two breakfasts out of three.

We enjoyed mostly everything about the property. Comfortable, well equipped suites, attentive staff. Great location to catch public transportation.

We went to a lot of hotels, but this hotel is the best! We stayed in a studio in the Residence Inn. This studio has whatever you need. Coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove. Furthermore, dishes, glasses, pans, cutlery. You can't think of anything that's not there. Breakfast in the morning is great. Fruit, bread, croissants, ham, cheese, scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, etc. I can't think of anything they don't have.

The hotel staff are very accomodating, hotel location is in the quiet vicinity and a few minutes away from the city center. Breakfast is good and yummy. The French people are nice and helpful.

I, personally, don’t like the climate control with ventilation system common for the whole building, but this is typical for such big buildings. There is, though, a possibility to open the window, if it is warm enough outside.

We were traveling for business and the location was a crucial argument, for us it was perfect. In general, the hotel is freshly equipped, modern style, everything was as expected from the description and photos, clean, tidy, with all necessary cutlery, etc. — great for refreshing before the next working day. The breakfast was exceptionally nice.

take a deposit for the rooms about which we didn't know.. even after 3 weeks didn't get back. they said is a problem with our bank. maybe! we asked the bank and theu said we will get back in maximum 30 days. The hotel said , all new customers pay deposit at first check in. i think is something else . probably about nationality .was a similar case on tv.in front of us it was an asiatic group. i asked them and they didn't pay deposit .apart of this , the hotel is fine.

Just a thing to look after is a shower cabinet door. When you open, there is a little space to go in a and out. Handle touches the wall and makes mark. It is just a type of a design, but it is a pity to damage a wall, so something to just be mindful.

Modern and nice hotel. Amazing breakfast! It also has a restaurant which I recommend to visit for a dinner. Very nice location, next to the European Parliament. You can follow the river and you will reach center having a pleasant walk, Else you can take a bus or a tram. I really enjoyed my stay.
