AC could have been a bit better but it did mange to keep the room cool enough just took several days to get it to what I consider a comfortable temp. Breakfast was good but we got tired of the same offerings everyday as it was a ten day stay.

Location was perfect for our needs on this trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. Bed and shower were top notch!

The room did not have air conditioning, and even in April it got incredibly hot. We asked for help at the reception, but the problem was not resolved.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. The location is good, if you don’t mind using public transport to get around. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The breakfast is quite simple, but good. It includes a variety of breads and toppings, eggs, bacon, and croissants, among other things.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. We had the impression that the visible part is regularly cleaned, but not enough attention is paid to detailed cleaning. Towels and bed linen are very clean. But when you first enter the room you don't feel like you can "eat off the floor". On a scale of 1-5, it is a 4. It should be given a little more attention to make the impression better. For example, someone spilled coffee in the elevator and it was not immediately cleaned up. When we arrived, there were not enough towels in the room - as soon as we reported to the reception, we got them. On the booking, it says that they have slippers in the rooms - that is not true. The hotel management should strengthen supervision.

The beds are comfortable, the sofa pulls out to make two regular beds, the heating intensity is easily adjusted via the valve on the radiators so that we were warm in the room, the towels are new and you can change them every day if you want, the breakfast is delicious, next to the hotel there is a shop, as well as cafes, restaurants, a pizzeria with delicious pizzas.

The bathrooms were not really cleaned everyday. The shower gel and body lotion was topped up after I aksed them to, this have been done before we checked in. The towels were unnecessarily changed however the wash basin was not cleaned nor the bathroom floor was mopped everyday.

Well located with lots of cafes around, bus number 58 is opposite the hotel and tram a short walk away. Breakfast included, and the usual spread, which was good. The hot chocolate in both machines did not work on 4 of our 5 day stay. The tables are not cleaned and cleared promptly during breakfast, and it tends to be quite busy so staff should be prompt about it. Some were super smiley and friendly, one was called Shahina, I think and the other was a lovely South East Asian gentleman. Their smiles and greetings made up for other deficiencies.

Flights from US arrive early morning; check-in at three.

Great location, quiet nights. Market on corner, good restaurants/cafes/bistros w/in a block or two. Surprisingly good espresso from machines at breakfast. Excellent croissants and various breads provided.

While the rooms seem renovated, the hallways need a makeover. The breakfast was fine, though it lacked variety of food choices and products.

The rooms are spacious, the king size studio has a kitchenet, very convenient for families. The hotel has its own parking garage against a fee of 25€. The staff was kind and friendly.

we liked everything, the hotel offered us 2 rooms for free instead of 1 and it was very convenient. Studio rooms for 2 people are very comfortable, big and comfortable bed, very clean. We wanted to have a kitchen, so the rooms have a kitchen and all the kitchen utensils. microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. It is quite quiet at night, we were able to have a good rest. Breakfast was also good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the metro. There are many cafes and shops near the hotel, you can cook food and prepare it in your room. I recommend this hotel.

The room was extremely warm and made it a little bit challenging to sleep comfortably or even stay in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean. There was breakfast served every morning. The bed was very comfortable for a pull out couch.

Breakfast was just ok, not bad, but just ok. A few more choices in both cold and hot dishes or salads, would improve it considerably.

Centrally located but you need about 12 minutes walking from the nearest metro station. There is a bus passing in front but we didn't use. Very nice and spotless clean room. Comfy beds. Very helpful staff.

Not too many options for breakfast but it's enough.

It's not usual, the hotel offered family room and can accomodate 4 adults. Breakfast is good, caffee bar offered 24hrs. Another highlight is the wonderful Laundry service. It's too good to be true.

It’s a bit far from the city Center

The amenities in the room. We had a coffee maker and a moderately equipped kitchen area which allowed us to prepare our own meals sometimes .
