We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaNot being told the truth. We initially booked a 1 bedroom apartment ( room 128B) and decided to extend our stay . We were misled when we asked to extend for a 1 bedroom apartment and paid for the same but was given a studio. We specifically asked to extend for a 1 bed apartment, paid the price for a 1 bed apartment and was given a studio. The hotel staff should have been open and made it clear that what we were paying for was a studio in which case we would not have extended and looked elsewhere. Just watch out what you are told as there is a propensity not to be straight up.
Location is great for the village. Facilities are decent and parking was readily available.

FinlandCheck-in strict at 15:00. Sauna had a broken seat and temperature never went more than 50 Celsius. The indoor pool was ok. Jacuzzi is available only if you pay for massage. An outdoors pool would make the difference. They expect you partially clean the apartment before checkout even if they ask cleaning fees.
Apartments complex with reception open all day. Very quiet area in the night. The noise mainly depends on your neighbors. Some of them might have noisy activities during night but this is part of the game in Cap d'Agde 😊

United StatesThe cons are many. The steamroom/suana are not operational until after 3PM. There are no pool towels. There is no replacement of hotel towels meaning if you use the same towel to bath and dry at the pool you must keep it seven days which is very poor service. The lobby and lifts were always extremely warm. The walk to the beach is far as this hotel is at the front of the village. The noise from the club next door was a constant issue making the websites claim of a soundproof room untrue.
The pros of the hotel are the size of the rooms, good air conditioning, kitchenette, terrace and the nude pool/sauna/steamroom. The staff was kind and biligual.

NetherlandsWell, I travel a lot, basically staying in hotels every night. This was the first time in my life (by house-rules under threat of a € 100 penalty) that I had to do their job by clearing the linnen and bring the trash-bag out. Not a way I wanna check out.
The place is very good. Spacious rooms and well decorated. Facilities are nice, staff is friendly.
