Not being told the truth. We initially booked a 1 bedroom apartment ( room 128B) and decided to extend our stay . We were misled when we asked to extend for a 1 bedroom apartment and paid for the same but was given a studio. We specifically asked to extend for a 1 bed apartment, paid the price for a 1 bed apartment and was given a studio. The hotel staff should have been open and made it clear that what we were paying for was a studio in which case we would not have extended and looked elsewhere. Just watch out what you are told as there is a propensity not to be straight up.

Location is great for the village. Facilities are decent and parking was readily available.

Check-in strict at 15:00. Sauna had a broken seat and temperature never went more than 50 Celsius. The indoor pool was ok. Jacuzzi is available only if you pay for massage. An outdoors pool would make the difference. They expect you partially clean the apartment before checkout even if they ask cleaning fees.

Apartments complex with reception open all day. Very quiet area in the night. The noise mainly depends on your neighbors. Some of them might have noisy activities during night but this is part of the game in Cap d'Agde 😊

The cons are many. The steamroom/suana are not operational until after 3PM. There are no pool towels. There is no replacement of hotel towels meaning if you use the same towel to bath and dry at the pool you must keep it seven days which is very poor service. The lobby and lifts were always extremely warm. The walk to the beach is far as this hotel is at the front of the village. The noise from the club next door was a constant issue making the websites claim of a soundproof room untrue.

The pros of the hotel are the size of the rooms, good air conditioning, kitchenette, terrace and the nude pool/sauna/steamroom. The staff was kind and biligual.

Smaller balcony but I think we booked an alternative room type without knowing.

Our second stay here and although the balcony wasn’t as big as the first time, it was a lovely stay. We’ll return again in 2025 hopefully.

We couldn't leave our cases as the reception office was closed between 1pm - 3pm (& we had to check out by 11am) No loungers on our patio.

A couple had to sleep in a very uncomfortable couch and they didn't provide blankets for them. So the first night 2 people had to sleep on top of a plastic cover which was very dirty and uncomfortable.

Reception only open a few hours a day and the incredibly unfriendly and uncooperative woman at the4 desk needs to be trained in customer service.

The room was small with poor facilities. Not enough light in kitchen - appliance light and room light not sufficient. The outside light didn't work, so balcony was useless after dark. Unacceptable noise till midnight from Babylon next door.

Both two rooms we stayed in had outdated and worn out decor. The terraces had a very poor outdoor furniture. This hotel would need an update and modernization. The reception is closed from 7 pm, so you will have to go to the neighbor hotel if you need assistance during evening and nighthours.

It is easy to check in and out. Everything is very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
