It was very hot and sticky so it was hard to sleep - would benefit from air conditioning and/or fan.

A spacious room, well located within the city. Walkable to centre or close to transport links. Clean laundry and beds. Dark room with good blind.

We did not read the check out times for a Saturday carefully enough. Check out was until 11:00 am but staff were only there from 8:30-10:30 am. We missed them by minutes. We hope they found our keys left in the room.

toilet sink was not cleaned/ used :((... fortunately carrefour market was nearby to buy a detergent... narrow shower cabin location of the hotel was not so good, about 20 min to walk to the city center, as much to train station, the only bus station in front of the hotel was out of service, another option: to walk about 10 or 15 min to tram station.

Welcoming staff, always a nice music in the ground floor/ entrance :) ! Spacious light and very comfy room, big table with shelfs, chairs, facilities for morning coffee or tea available, bottles of water, coffee/tea set for welcoming, good ! clean bed linen, big wardrobe, fridge, kitchen with necessary facilities, even a small set with sponge and washing liquid, really good idea :) carrefour market is just on 100 meters away

Having read the property policy, I knew that housekeeping would be once a week. However, I didn’t expect that we would have to use the same towels for the stretch of our stay( 7 nights)

Considering this is a 'wine location' a couple of wine glasses in the room would have been nice. No aircon, but we knew that when we booked, just didn't expect it to be so hot in August.

We had breakfast on the first morning and at €10, it was rather expensive. We ate in our room each morning thereafter.

The accommodation was basic but more than adequate. Friendly, helpful staff, comfy beds, clean linen, plenty of hot water and sufficient kitchen equipment to prepare simple meals made for a pleasant stay.

The rooms are in a shared building with a student residence so it is not evident the entrance and the structure if you arrive when the reception is close. The window is to an internal backyard so there is no much ventilation and it can get hot.

We arrived at the weekend. No reception. No advance instructions/ email. Someone let us in reception and we called the out of hours number to be told the person didn’t work for the company. We eventually found the keys but couldn’t access the car park. Our advice is don’t arrive at the weekend. We helped 3 other guests all confused with arrangements

The greatest room, with a comfortable bed. A small Kitchen was all that need. Check-in was by myself with the lockbox. It's very convenient. Walking to the center take around 20min.

Having arrived on a Saturday, there was no reception service, but despite having advised the time of my arrival in chat twice, I was not given the information for accessing the facility. To recover the key I had to call assistance in order to access the facility. Also the reception hours were not correct in the afternoon closing.

The room was clean and comfortable with everything you need, except for the lack of a blackout curtain on the window.
