Well equipped accommodations, tastefully decorated. I found the team exceptionally in their greeting and communication throughout my stay. I stayed in a small, single room. Definitely for 1person only. I was impressed with the style of the hotel. I didn’t have the feeling I was in a hotel. It felt so comfortable.

The breakfast room is not very large, and when more guests arrive at one time, one person handling the reception and breakfast is not enough. This results in tables not being cleaned quickly enough for other guests to be seated.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. The neighborhood is very nice, and for those who like more comfort, I would recommend taking a larger room, which we did, because indeed the larger room did not seem too big.

It is very nicely appointed. Room is small but has everything needed. The location is close to everything and is easily reached by metro. The staff were amazing and provided maps and suggested areas to visit. My room was made available when I arrived early which was greatly appreciated

A great staff, happened to be all very pleasant young women during my stay. Breakfast was above average for hotel breakfast. Location close to TI office and among many restaurants and easy walking to rivers, old town and metro/funiculars. Wonderful elevator and shower

I really liked the decoration and staff. I arrived very late at night (3:00 am) and they were waiting for me. Check in was quick and they all tried their best that I could have a good sleep as I arrived late. Breakfast room was very nice and cozy.

We chose the Republik Hotel for its location -- on the peninsula and close to the Old Town. The staff were exceptional -- friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and volunteering information. The breakfast was very tasty. Our room was small but quite comfortable.

We had a big waterstain in the ceiling of our room, and felt the standard was a little lower than the pictures show. The size of the room (small double room) was bigger than we expected though so were happy about that! The hotel does not have any umbrellas to loan, which is a small detail but actually matters a lot when it is pouring down and you are going to dinner. I would expect it from any hotel.

We really appreciated the 24 hour reception, every single person working at the hotel was superfriendly and helpful! The location is very central and easy to explore the city from. There is a water and coffee bar in the lobby which also was a big plus when you need a pick me up in the afternoon. The room felt clean and the bathroom also.

The room was a bit dim, with one small window on the internal courtyard. The building itself is very narrow, and so are the rooms, strangely shaped to accommodate required infrastructure. A TV set is comically small, just an afterthought. The bed was quite small, a big frame person would find it uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, just across the street from Hôtel Dieu. I liked the coffee machine in the lobby available for guests any time of the day. The staff was friendly and helpful - contact with the reception prior to the arrival was exemplary. Breakfast was decent enough.
