Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWhen we returned from dinner the first night, our bathroom and front area of room were flooded. The smell was terrible, and we could not access our belongings. The problem appeared to be with the toilet drain line. The hotel responded very quickly and gave us another room, but we could not get settled until 2 am. We were very surprised and disappointed that no one from the hotel management contacted us regarding this inconvinience
The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant . The hotel accommodated an early check-in that was very beneficial after our long flight from Miami

ChinaThe only setback for this hotel is its elevator - the hotel has more than 7 floors and there are only two elevators for both staff and guest, the pain part is that one out of two is under decoration/maintainance so there's only one elevator available for both guest and staff. Consequently, during some peak traffic time like breakfast and checkout, we have to wait long time to get into the elevator since sometimes it's full. Although it's a bit not acceptable but I would say this is understandable, the hotel locates in center Paris and the buildings here have limited allowance to do reconstruction/redecoration.
Location is great - 300 meters from the Arc of Triumph and walking distance to two Metro station and RER station, which makes it very convenient to travel to different part of Paris. Room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and they refill the supplements very frequently - water, tower, hotel slippers and etc. During my stay, I never worry about being lack of these. The breakfast is also good - wide variety and good quality.

Lovely hotel close to the action: Easy to get to (and park) by car, easy to walk from and visit places. Breakfast was very nice. Room was comfy and well equipped. Staff was superb. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
