We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The food was amazing, the staff were lovely! The view was beautiful from the back garden! The barman was so nice! He even gave us blankets to sit outside with! And gave us snacks each time we had a few drinks. Beautiful place! Good English speaking too!

The restaurant food was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Service swift and efficient. The room was clean. The bar area was very nice and the pool looked great, pity we didn’t have time to enjoy it! Breakfast was great, good choices, especially as one of us is diabetic. Excellent outside space to walk the dog.

United KingdomI thought the restaurant for an evening meal was very at around 250€ for two people. The wine list was very extensive but at the same time very expensive.
Staff were really friendly and helpful particularly Maxime and Jade. The room was a little small for a 5 star hotel but was adequate. The evening meal was quite delicious although very expensive, around 250€ including a bottle of wine which at 52€ was at the bottom of the hotel’s price list.

This is an outstanding property. We have been using this for about 5 years now - travelling down to the South West of France. It is the most fantastic half-way stop - supremely comfortable, modern rooms with excellent facilities; amazing food; first class service; a beautiful pool and terrace for the summer months; electric vehicle charging points; and minutes from the autoroute.
