We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was very good, regular and frequent trains from Nice to Ventimiglia, the nearest station to the hotel is Gare du Carnoles, SNCF about 10 minutes walk. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean, just right for solo travellers with views towards the mountains. The beaches are across the road from the hotel; Many amenities for families, lots of shopping, attractions include Port, Fort with Lighthouse at the end, Waterpark, Casino. Menton and Monaco within easy reach, walking around highly recommended Close to Italian border.

SwitzerlandIt was really hard to find a parking spot, because the hotel did not have any private parking spots. There was a small kitchen in the room which seems pretty old and I did not want to have to cook there. There where not a lot of good dinner options in the direct neighborhood.
The orange juice Maschine at the breakfast and the breakfast itself were real highlights. It was not a lot of different choices, but the choices given where tasty and great quality. The hotel is located directly at the beach.

United StatesThe room was quite spartan, with fairly weak air conditioning even by the standards of European hotels and a very small shower. Still, I made it work.
I loved having a room with a balcony. Getting to wake up, walk outside, smell the sea air and see the Mediterranean first thing in the morning was really special. The breakfast, while spare, was fresh and delicious each morning, and being across the street from the beach and a short walk from the train station was really convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was spacious. The restaurant was convenient for dinner and breakfast and the supermarket close by. We loved it here because it was casual, comfortable, and a great location.
