We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The swift and accommodating service at the Radisson Blu was a breath of fresh air, instantly providing a sense of relief and safety. #### Cleanliness and Safety From the moment we stepped into the Radisson Blu, it was clear that cleanliness and safety were top priorities. The lobby was immaculate, and the staff were welcoming and efficient, quickly checking us in and addressing any concerns we had after our previous ordeal. #### Room Comfort and Amenities Our room, though slightly worn, was spacious and comfortable. Great selection for breakfast even for our 9 month old, lovely area close to the promenade and a decent walk (40-45 minutes) into the Old town. On the days it rained we were able to go to the tram stop just outside the back of the hotel which took us into the centre of Nice quickly and easily. Our room was fantastic! Very clean, amazing space and the balcony was amazing to watch the sunrise from.

GermanyThere is a lot of noise from the road separating the hotel from the main beach - even on the 6th floor it is very loud. The air conditioning is also very noisy.
Fantastic location, rooms are in good condition and quite spacious, staff were friendly, excellent breakfast. You can just walk across the road to the beach. Bus and tram stops very close to the hotel, as well as a couple of supermarkets. We had a great stay.

LuxembourgThe rooms could have been renovated. They are clean and comfortable but old fashioned. There was no option to eat at the hotel or in a close distance from the hotel at around 16:00 when we arrived. Everything was closed for daily break.

United StatesCheck in was extremely slow with just one desk attendant and our room wasn't ready at the promised 3pm check-in time which was disheartening as we arrived after a 16 hour travel day. We thought this was because they were dividing the beds but when we got to our room it was just one bed. We made it work as the bed was spacious but didn't understand why we got our rooms later when we ended up getting just a single bed room. Other than than that the stay was wonderful
We booked a double room with a terrace and waking up and going to sleep with views of the water were spectacular. There's a tram stop right behind the hotel which takes you to Old Nice and everywhere you'd like to go. Although there's a busy road right up front the hotel sound proofing was excellent and had an excellent night sleep. Beds were large and comfy as well. Large bathroom and overall spacious being in Europe.

Breakfast was fabulous, rooftop pool, bar was amazing and my friends and I had the best time. Do pay the extra for a seaview room.....it is 100% worth it !!
