We paid for parking 3 times - 60 euro in total for 1 day. Basically, you cannot drop your car to the parking as soon as you arrived, there is no reception. The keys from the parking are going to be in your room and if you arrived early morning and want to go to explore Paris and do not want to wait for check in time, you will have to pay public parking - about 20 euro. When we paid for the hotel one - also £20 euro. And then they charged us extra £20 euro, because we didn’t collect the car at 12am at checkout. So in total we paid 80 pounds for the room and 60 for the car 😀 so if you choose this one because of the parking - better to drop your car in the public one really, there us a garage street - just 6 euro per nigh from 6pm to 8am. The bathroom is tiny as well, 1.8 m man will struggle to fit. The area is lovely ! A lot of great restraint and 15 min by metro to the center

Very small bathroom & no breakfast served. No reception or contact person available. Breakfast only delivered at room, but was not received when ordered for 2nd day. Location no convenient since 10mins walking to nearest metro station. Too expensive as value for money but was limited choice during Olympic period.

The location, the parking is near even if you pay is good enough, our room is nice and clean with fridge microwave laundry (just missing where you hang clothes) stove cuttleries and cooking stuff, the toilet is small but its clean and good. Overall experience is really really good. The staff is easy to speak to on the phone

Although the property was mostly well equipped in terms of kitchen and bathroom equipment, iron and hairdryer etc. it was only lacking a chopping board and a drying rack - small details but just a message to perhaps provide those as it makes the process of cooking a lot easier :) We had slight difficulty getting the air con to work at the start so maybe directions of how to get it going would be useful as initially it was blowing warm air.

The property was a comfortable and pleasant Parisian apartment. Immediately we felt like it was the perfect base for a small city break - with the bed being comfy, nice sized bathroom and a beautiful balcony looking on to the picturesque buildings of the street. The kitchen was an amazing addition to this room as it offered everything we needed to keep expenses of the trip down and cook meals from home. The location of the property was good, 10 minute walk from Louise Michel metro stop which connected into the city centre. A beautiful and quiet residential area that seemed to be away from the touristy spots but still had plenty of lovely cafes and dining spots, and supermarkets. The easy check in process took away the stress of predicting arrival time and meant we could access the building without having to meet with anybody.

The appartment was in the end much smaller than than expected. Third bed was very improvised.

Good locality and quite calm, the self checkin was flowless. Clean and well organized apartment with good kitchen and accessories.

We came on the hottest week of 2024 (37c) and I am very satisfied with our clean room it has a modern AC unit, small toilet/bathroom but not a problem for a standard studio apartment in Europe, it has a good supply of water warm and cold. Lift is only for 2 person without bag. Sadly when checking out, I remember I left my newly purchased lipstick inside the fridge in the room my fault we drop the key card in the box already. We are very satisfied. thank you we had a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed the stay during Olympic games and appreciate we could park our car in garage nearby. Metro is in walking distance as so as several shops and restaurant. The appartment is suffucient for 2 persons and equiped with all you need for 4 nights. Lift and aircondition available. Hope we will be back again !

Rooms aren’t overly big, but amble for the short time you are in it.

Everything you need for a short break, breakfast was a nice start to the day with pancakes, bread and a piece of cake and fruit. Metro station close by. Comfortable bed and the room with the terrace is nice for a view and a place to have a coffee in the morning

Although small it had all you need! It’s clean close to the metro, carparking is really close, and all is very well organised. We had a misunderstanding about the carpark that was very nicely fixed by Christine. Paris during the Olympics was magic and Residence Courcelle was the icing on the cake

The location. I asked Booking.com for something close to the Gard du Nord but this is what they came up with! I thought I was going to stay in Montparnasse and I trusted that this was close. It turned out that when I asked the SNCF staff at the Montparnasse station they looked up the address on their map and it was a 40 minute metro journey with changes and dozens of flights of steps to get to this suburb! I was so exhausted when I arrived. It was very hot outside and I had trouble checking in on the machine which I could not do until 3pm and I had to ask for assistance. Finally somebody came down and I was able to get into my room by 3.30pm.

It was very clean and a comfortable bed and flat screen TV for watching the Olympics. There was no where to plug in my hairdryer in the bathroom but I found a way to plug it in inside the apartment hallway where there is a tall mirror. The plastic lemon tree was a nice touch 🙂

Breakfast is served one day prior in the late afternoon which doesn't make any sense at all. No body made up our room the next day. There were no toiletries whereas it was mentioned at the start that the washroom will be equipped with all of them.

It was a comfortable place with a nice location.

Communication with the person responsible for parking reservation didn't go well- so there wasn't any response to our question about the location of the reserved parking, we had to look for a parking spot ourselves

The bathroom is tiny, no mat in the bath ( not sure whuly there is a tiny bath as just a shower would be so much better) and I stepped and nearly fell there. Just a very small bathroom with almost no room to lift the head when washing the face- as there is a mittorred toiletries locker right above it. The location is a bit too far out from the city centre.

The place is very clean and neat and easy to access Comfortable bed, quiet location. Nice area around with good markets, little shops.

The bathroom sink was toooooo small, but no problem the extra bed wasn't that comfy so our child had to sleep beside us, and the main bed wasn't big to fit us .

The room was spacious, and was easy to access, and clean. The bathroom was spacious as well.. it had a coffee machine, microwave and everything you need. The location was amazing and classy, it has alot of shops near by and alot of boulangerie and patisserie beside.

One room had the double bed against the wall making it inconvenient for the person sleeping on that side.

While not spacious, the two rooms we had included all you need and were spotlessly clean. There were extra towels and tea towels and it was easy to let the outdoors inside with big windows onto a balcony in one room and a patio area in the second. The elevator is small but very quiet and charming - it resembles a gilt bird cage. The location is in a suburban area with excellent supermarkets, bakeries and produce stores all around and the selection of restaurants and other services was extensive.

The room had everything i needed. The closet, bed area, dining and kitchen, also the toilet & bath. Everything fit in that small space. They have self checkin and checkout so it was convenient for me.
