No possibility to wash legs after the beach so the sand was everywhere in the apartment

The toilet leaked but the lady gave us an extra bath mat and had we not been leaving would have sorted it. The bunk beds were too short for our teenagers who were too long for them…

Because the beach is sandy and so close to the hotel, all hallways, stairs and elevator are full of sand. But it’s understandable.

Rooms are nice, location of the hotel is 1min walk to the beach, free parking on the premises. Receptionist was super helpful and friendly, shops and restaurants are in the walking distance. Beach on the work days is not crowded so that is excellent.

Good location, but we stayed only for one night. Morning swimming on the beach was terrific. The room was comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but convenient, especially when travelling with kids :)

The door hinge of the washing was broken, so the door would come off. Nevertheless the washing machine worked fine and we used it on several occasions. Mosquitoes also like the place and us...

We had a great view over the sea from our studio apartment on the second floor, in a 4 floor (holiday) residency apartment building. Many of such apartment buildings along the coast line there, but none higher than 4 or 5 floors. The apartment was provided with all essentials to easily cater for four people: pots, and, cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, glasses, etc. There was a microwave, an oven, an electric kettle, an electric cook top, good sized fridge freezer, a washing machine, air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room and a small TV (that was hardly ever used by us). The bathroom hosted a large 150 liter (!) boiler, so there was plenty hot water for all four of us to shower after coming back from the sea. There was a good sized vertical drying rack set up on the balcony. There was good WI-Fi. Private secure parking for all the cars of residents and visitors. We were right on the nice sandy beach, which had plenty space, to alway easily find a spot for us. There are several restaurants close by. A bakery for croissants and other treats was in walking distance. The beach front promenade made for nice walks in the early evening.

Additional fees for bedding and towels. This property wasn’t cheap so the fact you had to pay extra seemed ridiculous. It also wasn’t a flat fee for towels & bedding it was €10 per bed for linen and an additional €5 per person for towels.

The location was great, right on the beach and within 15 mins of the airport. Lots of restaurants and town within a short walk. Free parking with booking if you had a car.

Apartment is small and uncomfortable for a family with 2 teen kids. WC is causing claustrophobic attacks, is very small. There is no normal shower handle holder in the bathroom, you literally cannot take shower while standing. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep 2 adults, they shouldn't advertise this apartment as "family friendly". All furniture is old and used, repairs required here and there. Mosquitos were eating us alive, there are no mosquito nets at the windows.

The exterior of the property left a lot to be desired, however once inside the unit it was fine. The unit had all you needed. The shower was only a small hand held device over the bath. It was basic. Again, bed and pillows were basic to sub par comfort. Don’t forget your sheets and towels- we had no idea about this. You can pay extra to hire.

We had confirmed a later check out which on arrival we were told that it was dependent on if it was booked out the day of our departure. . Had we known this was the case we would have looked for somewhere else. It meant that we didn't actually find out until the morning of our departure . As it happened it wasn't booked out, but despite that we were told we had to be out by 11am. We managed eventually to negotiate another hour, but not ideal considering we had already had confirmation in writing of late check out before we arrived. The property smelt strongly of stale cigarettes and there were squashed bugs on walls and ceilings. Given that we had paid over £600 for 5 nights for the property, there shouldn't have been additional costs for sheets and bath towels. Totally money grabbing. Our daughter arrived with a baby late at night and had to make up beds on her arrival. Not how you want to start your holiday. Paying extra for bedding and bath towels is something I've never encountered before and it didn't stand out at the time of booking. It wasn't until it was too late to cancel were we aware. The day before departure our cleaning schedule had been stuck to our door. Not nice

The equipment of the apartment is worn out, everything is old and bad condition. Airconditioning did not work properly and was disconnecting which is a problem in winter because it’s cold.

Apartment has a great location on the beach. There us also parking available. Suportive host and posibility to check in at night.

A rug in front of the apartment entrance door, then a large carpet inside the hallway - up to the little bedroom entrance, meaning about 1.5 ml. That would help to keep the sand away (less floor scratches, less drain clogs, less trouble with the cleaning) A source of water and a hose would be useful in those little backyards (especially if pets are accepted.

The cleanliness, the large space, the position, and also very importantly the familial atmosphere. The beach is not busy over the week, but in the weekends, but this is all normal.
