The lifts do not require the room key. Since there is a roof bar other people than guests will be taking those lifts and they can exit any floor of their liking… The rooms are neat but a little cramped because no place to put your suitcase other than the floor. Not convenient for neither you as a guest or the staff when they need to tidy up the room.

The location is well situated. Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Alright neighbourhood and you can walk outside at night without issues (as of May 2024). Rooms are clean and comfortable bed. Windows open, a big plus. If you have a courtyard view you’ll be looking over the hotel’s terrace and adjacent a mini park or so, there are plenty trees. We had a room on the 4th floor, quite well positioned I believe.

Everything was just perfect!

Friendly staff, options for early check in and late checkout, very good breakfast, loved the rooftop bar and the interior garden. The room was very clean. Kudos for the complimentary water and juices!

Coffee at the breakfast (too big mugs, too much milk, lacking the taste of coffee, whatever coffee you order, latte, flat white…). Their extra services are not working. We ordered early check-in which was confirmed but still we did not get room 11AM as promised. However, they did their best to compensate and after 30min wait we got our room, so all good.

Relatively spacious rooms (we are in Paris), nice bathroom, great beads, good breakfast, friendly staff.

We had a standard room and if anything, we would recommend to provide a couple of drawers for storing some clothes - there are hangers in the room but it would be nice to be able to store things flat.

Nothing in a universe!

Everything is perfect!!! The location is cool - you can get anywhere you want in Paris for a few minutes by metro or even reach the airport by RER train, which is nearby the hotel. Lots of cafes and brasseries around the area. Definitely recommend it to all of my friends!

Breakfast was very disorganised for two of our three nights, they ran out of everything even plates! The third morning was much better so we might have been unlucky.

Lovely quiet room, comfortable bed, spotless and nicely decorated, everything was really high standard. Great location, nice staff, rooftop view is fabulous.

I absolutely loved how clean this hotel was, my room was spotless! I also loved the quaint rooftop dining area / bar, as well as the main restaurant. The staff was warm and welcoming. The location is great, lots of restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby, also an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is well priced for its offering.

Location: actually, the location is about 30m walking to Eiffel tower, it is quite far a little bit but the price is okay for Paris. because everything in Paris is quite higher than others places. you can go to the top to see the Eiffel and drink coffee. This area also very quiet. I like this, no need too noisy. It is also near restaurants and coffee shop for France style breakfast. this area is also easy to take Uber/taxi for going. It is near the subway station if you want to go public transport. Facilities: new, specially the bed is very comfortable. Staffs: they are very friendly.

If someone takes a shower and the other uses the sink or flushes the toilet, the water in the shower gets extremely hot. Don't use the bathroom together.

The location is great. 20 min walk to Effel Tower. And if you plan to visit Versalles, the train station is 5 min walk. Many restaurants and shops around. It was quiet during the night, we slept well with the window opened. Breakfast is good and rich. For example, smoked salmon was available. There is a small gym and sauna for free. The rooftop terrace is also nice with a great view to Effel Tower. Service was nice and friendly. I would stay again in this hotel.
