We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

JerseyThere was no chair in the room but a large table which made it difficult to get around foot of bed. There was an ok desk already in the room.
Room ok but could have been better furnished. However we slept well and it was clean. Breakfast was ok but expensive. Really nice practical bathroom with good walk in shower.

United KingdomThe location was not great as no views, the Sauna was out of action and I had to ask for milk, extra coffee and cups! Staff were happy to oblige though.
We loved the fact it was clean and comfortable. We loved the SPA with the hour free daily. The staff were amazing and multilingual real bonus. Staff helped with recommendations for eating out and even booked the restaurant and travel. The cocktails in the bar were also fab.

An amazing hotel from start to finish. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the breakfast facilities were great and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, giving advice on places locally to visit. Menon was so lovely and welcomed us all every day/evening.

United KingdomAll good, as there are plenty of amenities, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance but you need a car to get into town as the hotel is on a commercial site and too far to walk to Vannes centre. We were driving on holiday with a car so it wasn't a problem.
Very clean, modern and well provided hotel with an indoor spa and pool facilities. Excellent breakfast with helpful attentive staff. The actual location of the hotel is in a very large commercial complex area with a supermarket, cinema, Decathlon sports shop, car show rooms and several restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Some may find this great, others may want a more urban, town centre location as Vannes centre is 10 mins by car and probably too far to walk.

What an unexpected gem of a hotel, hidden in a retail park. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, contemporary and great facilities. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and really nice. The breakfast is remarkable, a large choice and it was just delicious! We didn't get the chance to try out the SPA though, next time for sure!

Very helpful, friendly staff -exceptionally pleasant. Large, spacious room with extremely comfortable bed. Pleasant bar -easy to relax, generous breakfast, easy convenient parking, easy access to pool and sauna.
