We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaLong queue at check-in and checkout-out (nearly 40 mins wait at check-in and 15 mins at check-out).
Location - especially if you are flying into Paris at the CDG Airport! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It is super helpful too, that the place had parking. Side-note: This is the second time we were staying at Pullman. Last time (in 2023), I had left an observation that the carpets were stained. This time though, the carpets were different (patterned, so stains didn't stand out) and overall much cleaner. I thought this was a nice touch (And although unlikely, it seemed to me like my earlier feedback had been heard and addressed - which felt nice)!

AustraliaThe delays checking in and occasionally abrupt staff need work. It’s ridiculous to stand for 20mins or more waiting at check in, especially after a long flight. Fast check out/key drop off works well though.

TogoI wasn't impressed with the reception I received with my second stay on April 27. My booking was with dinner and I was allowed dinner with my first stay but the receptionist who did my check-in the second time refused me dinner and surprisingly I paid more with my second stay.
Everything was great! I like the reception I received my first day. The staff I met were wonderful!

No breakfast. Ate dinner there. Virginie gave excellent service and carried more than her fair share of work. Girl at the front was sour, everything too much, the male service people who we gave orders to did not pass on, watched them and they were hopeless. They cannot multitask and were slow and did not give service. Again VIRGINIE WAS OUTSTANDING.
