The second „double bed“ was not comfortable for our adult children.

The hotel was situated perfectly for us, as we were traveling by train. Everything was however still reachable by foot. The hotel room was modern, but on the small side.

The Pullman Lyon is a gem hotel in Lyon! Beautiful design, very comfortable rooms, and especially the beds! The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff at the restaurant and, hotel overall, were so polite, accommodating and literally going above and beyond to have their customers fully satisfied. nothing to do w the hotel, just the road construction was a real pain. we were travelling out via car with 4 luggages, and had to pull them on the construction site which made the luggage dusty. instructions on how to get to the hotel would be better. the staff generously sent maps, but the key here wouldve been, don't go out the station, walk along the station and exit where the hotel was located. maybe we didnt read the map correctly.

wonderfully designed hotel! it was awesome to have a free Brita water dispenser on our floor! huge benefit for travellers! engaging staff, helpful. great that its located next to the train station. food in the restaurant was good, we really enjoyed that! laundry service was efficient. The location is great if you're going to be visiting things near this neighborhood, such as the Les Halles Paul Bocuse, however its further away from the sites.

There is construction at Part Dieu in the moment, so the entrance is not so neat, but this is very minor and temporarily.

The hotel is brand new, it is located right next to Part Dieu train station and very close to all trams to go to Lyon center. The bed was extremely large and very comfortable, there was also a large screen in the room and a bath tub. The room is very nicely decorated and is quite large. Despite proximity of the train station it was absolutely quiet at night and I slept well.

Lots of work around the hotel, roads closed so it was hard to get drop off and pickup at the hotel.

The bathroom doesn't have enough hooks to hang towels. We left the towels on the hangers to signal that they should not be changed but they were changed anyway. The instant coffee sticks were not replenished the second day.

The boiler and the possibility to do coffee or tea in the room. The water fountain on the corridor providing cold and sparking water so that one can fill one's own bottle and avoid using plastic bottles.

I understand that smoking is a big no no, frowned upon, the devil etc....BUT. Having to be outside in front of the door, sitting on the stairs like some homeless person...there could be an outside space where someone who smokes can a have a proper morning coffee including his/hers bad habit.....I'm sure I'm not the only guest who enjoys a smoke or two ocassionaly.....

We didn't think the restaurant offered much choice and we didn't fancy what as on the menu, so we found a restaurant nearby. We also thought the breakfast looked very expensive and ate in the station cafe.

The nearby train station was undergoing renovation so there was construction outside the hotel but this did not effect the stay in anyway so please don't be put off by that.

The roadworks outside was well communicated and is temporary. Being very picky, the bed covering was a little damaged (a hole about 30 mm) which was out of character with the rest of the experience.

The breakfast was very good quality with a wide variety of food available. The location was very convenient to the train station. The cleaning was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. I would stay again without hesitation.

The location was ideal for our needs. We rented a car, conveniently picked up just a short walk from the hotel at the train station, which was particularly helpful given the amount of luggage we had.

The reception area didn't smell the best but they are doing major renovations outside so suspect this may be the reason.

Perfect location next to the train station after a long day of travelling The room was immaculate as was the whole hotel. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was amazing too, so much choice. I highly recommend this hotel. Just gorgeous.
