Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

LebanonIf there were two shuttle pick up locations_ to shorten the walking distance (one only next to resto Carl Jr. was very far from my landing airport terminal, we had to walk for more than 20 mins with carry-ons.) The small red light in the overhead light...it didn't help me 😴 sleep... I had to pay cash for the bkft...luckily I had some cash
The location was very suitable. The shuttle driver was very professional. The cleanliness of the room n the shower..

I arrived late. The only thing I don’t like is there is no food choices. If you are a vegetarian , make sure to bring some food if arriving late. The room is super clean and comfortable.

CanadaDespite booking a family room for 4 people we only had two towels. We checked in at 10:00 pm so in order to get more we would have had to go to the hotel next door as reception at Première Classe isn’t always open. There was no hand soap provided in the washroom either. The transfer to the airport is very expensive for a family - €7 per person, children of all ages pay full price too.
It was close to the airport, we could fit the whole family in one room, the beds were comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

DenmarkMore shuttles buses. There were none back to the airport after the one at 0930. The taxi driver that the hotel called was not an official taxi driver and over charged us.

IsraelWith all the understanding that this plase is one-two night stay before flight, it should be convenient for stay. We checked in relatively fast. Then after 14:40 the reception counter was closed so if you need something you have to go to the next building where Companilla hotel is. There were no towels in the bathroom as we entered the room. We had to look for the service person to get the towels. Trash bins were empty but there were no plastic bags in it so we had to use our own bags. The shower door isn't hermetically closed so water leaks on the bathroom floor. As you finish the shower you step out into the water outside. The toilette brush was absent. The room is small so if you put suitcases there is almost no space. The TV has limited number of channels in french. So it has no use if you're a foreigner.
It looks to be close to CDG airport . In real life, if there is heavy traffic on the road, it may delay you. There is a parking lot on site. There is air conditioner so if it's hot this is what you need.

AustraliaWe had 2 adults and an 8 months old infant. When you put in the details. They gave us a room with 2 single bed and a bunk bed... Which didn't make sense. As the infant couldn't possibly sleep on the bunk or on a single bed. Charged more for this option too..
It was an okay stay for being close to the airport. Since we needed one night stay to catch our flight.

United StatesDon't expect too much from the room. It is just ok to spend one night before your next flight. If your flight is at night, there is no staff on duty and the area gets locked. You will not be able to leave it until you find somebody to open gates. For that, you should go to another hotel that is located close by.
The location is quite good as you can get to this hotel from CDG by taxi. A ride costs around $15. The town is very small but nice and peaceful. There is a small store within a 5-minute walk where you can by some wine and simple food. There is also a Turkish cafe nearby. The room was reasonably clean.
