I did not like that when I called Booking and said I was disappointed that the receptionist at the property would not let me register before 10AM. Booking called me back and said it was arranged and I could have a room right away. Receptionist did not let me have a room until 10AM on the dot. Very poor hospitality,

I was only to be at the property for one night and had called the night before and asked the receptionist if I could drop my suitcase and pay 30 Euros, but when I arrived at 7am the receptionist (new) said I could not register until 10AM I was losing precious time that I had planned to be at Parc des Expositions Villepinte for a conference. I liked the proximity to the airport and to the Conference center. The property itself was sweet; easy for one person even though the room had 3 beds in it--don't know how 3 people could move in that small space.

Mostly everything. No coffee in vending machines. Couldn't buy anything from other vending machines. Other residents banging doors all night and being very noisy which we could hear everything in the room like it's happening inside our designated room. The bathroom is too small, and we couldn't even take a shower. Not enough towels.

The beds were comfortable. That's pretty much it. One of the staff members made us coffee because the coffee machine in reception didn't work.

Unfortunately the vending machine wasn't working when I was there (and it didn't seem like an area where you could pop by a corner store for snacks and drinks). As a pedestrian the entrance was not easy to locate. The place reeked of marijuana and cigarettes (less than ideal for us non-smokers).

The location was decent and the room was cute and cozy. It was a decent stay.

The room was booked for a double bed and was given a triple single cot, the bathroom was so small that it was inconvenient to take a shower. Breakfast does not provide hot water, a little regret. The bread variety is on the low side.

Sunk bed, no noice cancellation between rooms. People partying in the loby at midnight. If I did not have earplugs, I would not sleep. Even in the morning, every person passin by your rooms sounds like they are comming right at you. They don't store bags, but I respect that.

The A/C spat out warm air even though it was set to cool. I talked about it with the man at the front desk, and he gave me keys to three other rooms in which the situation was the same. This could be a real problem if you happen to get there in warm weather. There is no place to get any food near the hotel (at least not at night) and so I had to go into the city for that. Since the hotel is rather far from the city and there's no easy way to get downtown by public transport, I had to take a Bolt there and back. There are quite a few vending machines at the hotel, but a large percentage of them were not functional. The ones that did function only took Euros in cash, so I wasn't able to get even a bottle of water.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle (costs a few Euros) The room seemed to be pretty clean. It is small, but all you need for a one-night stay between flights. All in all, it was what you could expect for the money.

The room was very small triple, wall maybe 2 feet from foot of bed, so one person could walk at a given time. Right outside window was huge overflowing bin of dirty linens that stayed there. No hand soap.

Location was accessible from the airport. The room was small but functional. The room was clean. Beds were basic but adequate.

Bathroom was very small. And the shower curtain was broken so the whole room got soaked. Only one towel. We asked for one double bed and a single bed we got a double bed with a bunk bed above it. Very difficult for my daughter to climb up the ladder. Vending machines only took cash.
