We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The bed was comfortable. The room clean. The water was hot! The window shutters kept daylight out. Plenty of electrical points. Check out 12 noon. Free car parking. Railway station within walking distance, with connections to central Paris. 🙂

GermanyBathroom is really tiny and there was a water blockage in shower. The check-in machine had a problem in my case, because it asked me extra money to pay. Anyhow, the hotel refunded me after I have complained. I just found it's a time consumption.
Staff is friendly and bit helpful. There is a check-in machine for out of hours.

I suggest please do not book this hotel. The other day I met a lady, her name was Mariam, she was nice and helpful.

Germanythe hotel personals are not nice. Due to some critical situation we had to leave one day earlier. I asked last days refund from receptionist, he told me to contact to their manager. I wrote an email, and they refused to refund my money back for the last day that I did not stay. You should make some excuses for your clients. I will never go back to stay again in this hotel.

vey little I couldnt find the hotel as i arrived by replacement bus instead of train, no one at eitgher gare Epinay sur Orge or Savigny sur Orge stations had heard of the hotel , which was actually closer to deux vaux!!
