Great location near Paris orly airport is best airport in Europe for travelling with pets. Always fly Transvia which is part of AirFrance/KLM group. Just wish the U.K. was accomplished at pet travel as the rest of Europe...

The bathroom was small. The shower couldn't accommodate the larger figure. Air conditioning, although on cool setting, produced warm air.

The bed was comfortable. The room clean. The water was hot! The window shutters kept daylight out. Plenty of electrical points. Check out 12 noon. Free car parking. Railway station within walking distance, with connections to central Paris. 🙂

Bathroom is really tiny and there was a water blockage in shower. The check-in machine had a problem in my case, because it asked me extra money to pay. Anyhow, the hotel refunded me after I have complained. I just found it's a time consumption.

Staff is friendly and bit helpful. There is a check-in machine for out of hours.

We ignored all the bad comments we saw but they were all true i wonder how they dont change. The man was working on 18/4/2023 was so rude please this can change we hope so, and they never picked calls only one day.

They cleaned everyday. The africa shaved lady was so good and so respectful.

It was very bad, there was no kitchen, no good breakfast and the blanket was also burnt, I am also attaching the picture, there is only one guy in the whole staff, when I came there for check in I was Found a black boy, I forgot his name, his behavior was also so bad. I suggest please do not book this hotel. The other day I met a lady, her name was Mariam, she was nice and helpful.

they took our towel when they clened the room and acted like they don t know anything they would come into your room whenever they wish and not even knock on the door the rooms are very small and the toilet too in the pic they look better but it reality really cheap it s too expensive for what they offer beds were dirty , the floor as well ,very cold in the room , noisy during the night neighbours are very noisy staff don t know english

the hotel personals are not nice. Due to some critical situation we had to leave one day earlier. I asked last days refund from receptionist, he told me to contact to their manager. I wrote an email, and they refused to refund my money back for the last day that I did not stay. You should make some excuses for your clients. I will never go back to stay again in this hotel.

No surprise, just standard room and hotel. Environment was almost OK, again no surprise. But my first room was full of spiders due to the proximity of little Orge River.

vey little I couldnt find the hotel as i arrived by replacement bus instead of train, no one at eitgher gare Epinay sur Orge or Savigny sur Orge stations had heard of the hotel , which was actually closer to deux vaux!!

As basic as you can get, felt a little uneasy in and around the hotel with gangs hanging around the car park. Maybe just overthinking as we had no issues.
