Cleanliness of the rooms, could definitely use some maintenance as well. I could only shower holding the shower head myself. Also value for money was not aligned payed to much for what is was worth.

The sound seal was poor, and we had problems with our bathroom: every time we took a shower, it flooded. We were unable to change rooms because the hotel was full.

The hotel was clean, the staff was attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The breakfast was good and the room was tidy.

Rooms quite old and run down. Very small and the shower uncomfortably so. I was travelling alone with my dog. It wouldn't be my first choice if I was going there again, unless they re paint and replace the carpets. It didn't fill me with confidence as a lone traveller.

It was walking distance into Annecy. The staff were lovely. free parking. I could bring my dog.

Towels were stained. Leak in the shower cubicle seal. Toilet paper was not replenished.

Location was about 20 to 25 minutes walk to the centre. Staff helpful and friendly.

Room was really small and my boyfriend hit his head on the bunk bed. There was mold in the bathroom.

We were able to check in after 10pm. Lift was available.

Oldfashioned facilities. It seems good in Booking but the expectations were far from reality. The bed was so bad and the breakfast very poor.

The showers were ridiculously small. Rooms were hot. I wish they sold beer & beverages later into the evening when sitting outside on their picnic tables.

I liked the free WiFi and parking. Location was walkable to the lake and dining. I liked the picnic tables outside with string of lights for relaxing, eating and drinking.

no AC or fan making it really difficult to sleep and impossible for to sleep with open window due to people picnicking outside until midnight. shower head was completely destroyed and the only way to shower is to keep it up with one hand while showering

The lady at the reception was speaking only in French, which was a bit difficult for us, still they were helpful and polite.

The room was small but ok . When we got there the towels and bath mat were wet ( I asked for the replacement of the towels to the girl at the reception and she was really nice and gave me new dry ones) the toilet had a really strong disgusting smell .I don't know how nobody realized it when cleaning it because it was hard to breathe in it. Every time we opened the door all the smell went to the room.

The girls at the reception was really nice and when we had the towel problem she helped us .

I didn't like that I found one worn in the wall, a ver loud alarm sounded at 4 am in all the hotel, and the neighbors were noise. It was very hot and without air conditioner

the fire alarm went off at 5am for no reason at all, was very noisy, not very clean, not practical, not the room we booked, very small for the price.
