We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The amazing views across the village and the vineyards, the service, the decor, the quality of the accommodation on offer, all of it is just first class. Amazing hotel right in the middle of St-Emilion. Views from the terrace (Room 21), were incredible looking out across the town and towards Dordogne. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, offering advice for restaurants etc. And Limon the dog was great! I would highly recommend this hotel! We will be back in sure.

Laurent and Benoit were excellent hosts at this small boutique hotel. They were gracious and helpful in securing reservations for wine tasting experiences, dinner reservations, taxis and trains. Breakfast was lovely. Room and bed extremely comfortable. Balcony overlooked the town. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

A magnificent place. The property is spectacular. The quality - the best. The very best! We’ve had the pleasure and opportunity to stay at some of the most incredible luxury hotels (big and small) across the globe. This place is at that caliber, only tiny. The owners are on site and so nice. We look forward to staying again in a few years when we can get back to Saint Émilion with family.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The level of service provided by the people there was fantastic- they went well above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. United KingdomBeautiful and tastefully renovated boutique hotel in a great location, right in the centre of the town. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty and fresh breakfast included- freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruit, bread and jam, coffee (one of the best of our whole trip), cheese and ham. My partner ordered the scrambled eggs which were an extra cost but really delicious. The room was very comfortable, bed linen, pillows etc all very good quality and so we slept really well for the 2 nights of our stay. Clarins toiletries provided and nespresso machine in the room. All in all a great stay.
