The shower room was smelly. Not all the rings on the hob worked.

Staff extremely rude and multiple interactions with multiple staff where they spoke unkindly or argued about services we had guaranteed in writing through Booking.com, small rooms, cleanliness not great, upkeep of rooms not great (burns on countertops, nails sticking out of wooden walls, etc.)

Really excellent location, lots of storage space, nice to have a kitchenette to keep food costs down, great services (heated ski room with own locking cupboard for ski equipment, funicular into town), and quiet location

Bizarrely, no one told us about the funicular which takes you from the resort level to the accommodation on the hill. We walked 1.5K uphill with all of our luggage which wasn't a pleasant start to the holiday at 11PM. Also, there is nothing in the apartment such as v small things like salt which are basics you would expect. It also only had 1 toilet for an apptm meant for 6 which wouldnt work. Thankfully, there were only 3 of us

Access to Meribel shops, etc dependent on a funicular which does have a history of outages. Could do with more seating in the main room Beds were quite hard, optional mattress toppers would have been a good solution

Arrival by taxi meant carrying our bags up 4 flights of stairs. And it was quite debilitating when the lift to the village didnt work.

The directions to the resort weren't great, and the staff at reception weren't exactly helpful; the indoor parking was hard to maneuver in (though better than not having any!) and the apartments were quite ordinary, not 4*, and shouldn't be priced as such.

This is billed as a 4* resort, but it's really a pretty ordinary ski chalet apartment block. The apartments don't even come with toilet paper, you have to clean up and strip the beds yourself. It's functional and well-located, Meribel Mottaret is a nice resort, but it's definitely not luxury and shouldn't be billed as such. It was nice they accept pets though!

Reception is not 24 hours. Arrived hours earlier and there was no place to stay while waiting. This should be changed especially during the high season.

Access to Les Crets is via Venicular which runs at all times - from here the location os perfect. Several restaurants / shops in the immediate vacinity or a short 3 minute walk to the main square.

it was a little small but we didn’t mind too much. Also they said they would email us codes for late check in. we are still waiting for the codes to be emailed. We received the codes after a lot of stressful phone calls. We were very lucky that they answered the last call as the airplane was about to take off. we had to persuade and insist that the codes were given over the phone (which they were opposed to do). I persuaded the girl in the end and if I had not we would not have been able to check in which would have been a complete disaster at 1am in the morning.

it was clean and comfortable. it had everything we needed. There were 3 of us. The Apartment has 2 single beds and a bed settee. Both the beds and the bed settee were very comfortable.

It's not new or big, but space and good enough. Kitchen accessories are limited but also ok for the time spent!

Well located, with supermarket and ski rental just under, ski in (not so out). Nice space, comfortable and with towels and bedding! Has a private place for your boots and skis. View was just breathtaking. Second time here, enjoyed both times!

It is the perfect location right next to the slopes. You have everything you need in the apartment with a supermarket just underneath and restaurants. It is very quiet so you aren’t disturb at night. I would most definitely return.

Oven doesn't heat to anywhere near temperature stated. Should be double bed not singles pushed together. Lack of information about checkout process & location of bins/recycling. TV too small, and needs to be able to stream from netflix/amazon etc since no channels were non-French.

Good size apartment, well equiped kitchen, except oven. Convenient for ski in/out (onto red run) and down to main Mottaret center. Nice bathroom and large terrace on our room.

Maybe a bigger parking would be nice. However, there is a possibility to park at the door for 2 hours to off/upload the car and the public (free of charge) parking is close and reachable via 24/7 lift.

Direct access to slopes from the apartment doors was excellent. There is well equipped kitchenette including the Nespresso machine. All necessary services (e.g. local shop) was nearby, within 5 minutes reach. And, in addition, a great view from the balcony. There is a pleasant staff to help in any situation - just call them.
