The internet was very difficult to use. It was necessary to sign in each time we connected, and often the sign in page never appeared, so most of the time we were blocked from access.

Location could not have been better, right in the historic district and within walking distance of many sites of interest. Easy to get here from train station by tram. We were on third floor so had a good view over the rooftops, and shared shower facility close by.

The staff informed us there was no hot water when we arrived.

It would be good to add a few hangers for towels in the bathroom. Our code for the front door did not work when we came back in the evening for the luggage- double check with the receptionist to avoid stress.

Nice renovated room (first floor), perfect location!! Helpful staff- you can borrow a kettle from the reception and leave your luggage after checkout.

The floorboards were a little creaky but this is an old building so only natural

Excellent central location and yet very peaceful as it’s surrounded by small narrow streets that don’t take traffic. The hotel was clean and comfortable with plenty of brochures at the front door. The woman at reception always had a friendly smile. The one star rating underrates this hotel which is simple but does the job

The facilities were very clean but I would have liked much more if the washroom was closer to the bathroom or there was a sink in the washroom.

It was located in a great neighborhood and the hotel was quite without noise.

Great location, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Comfy beds, nice and quiet spot so we could get a good night’s sleep. Quite a large room so it didn’t feel cramped

No Wifi at the day of our stay. The girl at reception said that there was a technical issue and it would be solved in an hour, but it was never solved. It was a very serious problem for us. Also shared toilet was very old and in poor condition, it surely needs renovation.

The location was good , at the quite street , but very close to Strasbourg cathedral . Tram stops and many shops were situated near the hotel. Around the corner there was a bakery with delicious choices for breakfast. The decoration of the hotel quite beautiful. Our room on the 3rd floor was big and clean, also we had a hand basin in the room. The shared bathroom was modern , clean and freshly- renovated . We could leave our luggage prior check in .

The location of this hotel is great. You can reach every attraction/ monuments by foot. The rustic style of the hotel is fabulous and charming. The staff members were lovely. We loved it. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The blanket in our room had some stains,in contrast with sheets,which were clean and fresh.The room had towels,hand soaps and some shampoo blisters but no shower cream.We would prefer to have a dispenser for all customers into the shower cabin.The property does not have breakfast,it co-operates with a nearby cafe,providing some(not much attractive in my opinion)options.

I felt the toilet (separated from the bathroom) needed a renovation.

The instructions on how to enter the hotel and the room number were sent via email as well as in-app message a couple of days before my arrival, which was reassuring. I liked the atmospheric and old-fashioned interior. The bathroom was brand-new and spotless, which seemed to have been renovated recently. It was convenient to have a wash basin inside the room. Despite being in the center of the city, it was quiet in the hotel, so I had a good sleep.
